I am really surprised at the low level of customer service from this store . Not friendly and does not explain much . I ordered a pumpkin soup and asked for reheat as an option in the menu . For $3.50 I was given half a cup of soup and it was not properly reheat . In addition the soup was bland and watery . I expect higher quality of food from this chain store but terrible let down . Just because the store monopolizes in the wards 6 and 7 , they should even have better quality food for customers. I hope the management will look into the food quality and more friendly customer service .

Payment system has problem. Even the ordering system has problem. So tried to queue to order, end up the staff gave stinking attitude.. and I had to repeat my order 3 times. So because payment system has issue cashier even said then pay cash la... Really find the whole experience unpleasant.

The drinks were very disappointing. They tasted bland and not rich at all. The milk content seemed very little, making everything taste diluted. Considering the price, the quality definitely does not match the cost. I hope the management improves the consistency and taste of their beverages.

Bought a chicken curry puff and a coffee peanut swiss roll. Very nice!! There was no queue as it was around 4pm. I smuggled the chicken curry puff up for my mom in the ward and she enjoyed it!! Thanks Polar for that because the tea time in the ward was not interesting that day haha! The coffee peanut swiss roll was good and it wasn't too sweet for me. I would love to try the other items if I have a chance the next time!
