Regular polar cakes outlet. They have a wide selection of cakes, pastries and drinks. The service crew is prompt and fuss free. However, the location of the cashier means that you need to remember the names of the items you want to buy before placing order, rather than to place the order along the food display area and move along towards the cashier. Minor inconvenience for those not sure or need visual cues to decide on what they want to buy. The seating area is decent though limited tables and seats.

I really hate buying cake or pastry here! Staff really RUDE!!! From 2018 till now 2023 after COVID-19 still not a single staff is kind. Simple if you not happy don't work, stay home let the $$$ fall on the sky. People here buy food for sick patient or themselves here at least you guys do is BE KIND! Giving a choice I also don't want face your staff here! Please do something!!!!

Surprised to find a polar cafe here! Their chicken pie and swiss roll (forgot to take a pic) was good and i loved the tomato penne. Its a takeaway food but there are seats there, and its quite tasty considering it is microwave food, but u can tell its freshly made. Had a cup of Teh O too and it was good! Not too siap.

Hi Polar; honestly ur cakes is nice, ur puff is nice, ur pastry and food available are also nice. But here at SGH 6/7 ur dining area is abit dirty and messy sometimes and u have 4 workers inside where 2 of em are doing cashier while another do drinks and another i also dunno she do what inside ur kitchen. Haha Ur shop is located inside SGH and we as visitors expect everywhere in SGH to be clean. I apologise but not everyone will or gonna wipe the table after using it. So i think its better if u have someone cleaning the table and floor at the dining area. I appreciate that alot. Thank u Polar🙏🏾 By the way sometimes got bird fly in and eat whats left on the floor. Haha🤦🏾♂️

Has been a royal fans of their puff . But then then standard has drop tremendously.. puff no longer crispy or warm . Now the filling also lessen . 👎

The service here is very slow... got alot of staff but seems like one manning the counter and have to prepare the orders at the same time.... Pls label the pastries in order to know what i have bought on the package, otherwise it"ll be hard to know which is which one

Nice little polar outlet with good seating nearby if you want to enjoy your puffs and cakes while you're here. The cashier is facing away from the selection so do take note of what you want if you're a visual person/ buyer like me. Staff are friendly and it's nice to be able to pay with Shopback mobile pay (only has Shopback pay) and credit cards.

They have wide range of cake and pastries but Lack with staff, same person taking orders and prepare the orders!! Poor staff need to do many things 😞

Staffs at SGH block 6 Polar Cafe outlet are very good customer service, even the Q line did not shorten during morning breakfast hours, the staff at the order counter still very friendly and kindest to assist senior citizens customer with good smiles. This is the good training by Polar cooperation. Dear SGH block 6 Polar Cafe staffs “ Thank you for your good Smiles Customer service “ it give unwell and SGH members an bright starting day.
