didn’t eat the curry puff for ages so got one for breakfast today. the puff is not even warm. it’s like eating puff kosong. the fillings is 10%. last time buying this .

Racist staff. Noticed that the morning shift chinese guy greeted n say thankyou to a chinese lady but didnt do the same way to the INDIAN lady infront my line. Like the cafe educate the staff to be rude or racist maybe,? Happens this morning

Very bad service at raffles, why isn't the staff fired. Today she got mad that I said puff instead of pie. Like seriously be thankful that you have a job.

Chicken pie is ok. Service though is not that great... It was not the first time, and yesterday it happened again leaving me in doubt if this is done on purpose. On several occasions that I was there, it coincided that it was having that 3 for 2 sale, so I always ordered extras to take home (6, sometimes 9 pies). As the queue forms and the attendant tries to rush payments, they give you the bag and the card slip, but not the receipt. Many times I just tap my card believing I was charged correctly, and that was not what happened yesterday (and a couple of times before). And then when you do the math later, you find out you’re charged full price. In my case, I bought 9 chicken pies, and that 3 for 2 represent 7+ dollars difference. On purpose or not, that happens at Polar Raffles Place, and it happens quite often...

There are 2 queues, one empty without cashier, both not labelled. The staff ignore us and just let us queue, when the want boy in front of me wanted to pay, they told him that he has to go to the back of another queue which was empty when we were queuing. Terrible. Not apologetic at all. It was another customer who told me to go to the other queue. They ignored me when I tried to get their attention. Terrible!!!

Amazing find ! Had breakfast and go to finally try the eggs and flaky dippy sticks . Yummy. What a great breakfast place . Polar is more than sugar roll and curry puff ! Server- was a young lady. And she was great’ thank u

Pleasant surprise to find Polar Cafe at this busy area! A good quiet spot to quickly recharge amidst a hectic workday. The Dippy Eggs with Flaky Cheese Sticks is a tasty creative spin from our usual Eggs and Kaya Toast set - at a lower price tag too. Happy with my meal 😀

Terrible staff attitude. Visited this place today and i stand with all the other reviews about the bad staff attitude. I understand its a self service shop but staff cant even bother to clean the tables. When req for the tables to be cleaned, a chubby chinese lady just kept repeating "self service" The place WASN'T even busy. We end up using their rag from the return station to wipe the tables ourselves while the staff is chatting behind the counter. Ridiculous how they are still having their jobs!

Pretty disappointed with the quality of polar’s puffs with the price I am paying . The curry puff fillings were so little , I could hardly taste any “ meat “ in it and the puffs lacked in freshness . I had to also repeat my order 3 times to the server for her to get it right .

Ordered from a staff in a black shirt with the word crew on the back on 5th feb. Lets just say he is very rude and unpleasant. Dont put him as service staff in the future.

The staffs don't even want to take your order and acknowledge you are in front of them. I just want to get a damn waffle. Don't bother about this place, they don't want your business.

Tried the pandan waffle at this shop and was a bit disappointed as it didn't have much of a pandan taste. However, it had a crispy golden brown exterior and leaned towards the sweeter side. The taste and texture (to a certain extent) reminded me of love letters.

The service crew allowed me to take my time to order. It was after lunch crowd hours at 2pm. It was my first time that I have seen a Polar Cafe. The curry chicken had a generous serving of chicken and the food was hot. There is sufficient seating and there is a 10% discount for Trust card holders with a minimum spending of $10. The dining area was hot and stuffy. It is usually the case for the entire dining area at Raffles Place. I think the management just wants people to pack and go.

A yummy waffle makes me happy :D Sat at this polar outlet to do some work and noticed that the waffle counter is always busy. The smell of waffles made me hungry so I got up to buy one. Ordered the plain pandan waffle and it didn’t disappoint! The waffle is cooked till crispy all around and the thickness is just nice. Tastes as good as it smells! If you love crispy waffle you’ll like their waffles. Perfect as a tea time snack!!

Minus one star. This is because I seriously hope the management can consider non sugar as being standard drink (unless otherwise specified) For the sake of the nation health, please greatly consider to revise the current one that un - communicated order means 100%sugar? Bought a yuanyang today (forget to specify that I actually wanted 0 sugar, but then seeing that the drink has already been made, I decided to close one eye). To someone who has been practicing to take the effort to reduce sugary intake for quite a while, you will be surprise to know that - that was really sweet ! I think it’s a pretty good move to make drinks 0 sugar the standard! The citizens will slowly get use to not feed on these bad habits especially the elderlies. They can still modify if they insist sugar (but unless specified… )
