I had a bad experience with one of your auntie staff members on 25 July in the afternoon. I was looking for a cake, and she told me to choose the discounted one because it was cheaper. When I declined, she kept asking why and continued trying to persuade me to buy it in a rude manner. In the end, I gave in and bought the discounted cake. However, when I wanted to add some rendang puffs to my order, she told me it had to be a separate transaction because of the discount. She raised her voice while explaining this, which I found very rude and embarrassing, especially since there were other customers nearby. I hope you can provide your staff with better customer service training, especially on how to communicate with customers politely and professionally.

I’ve bought from Polar Puffs & Cakes a few times for my family and they really loved it. I love cakes from this brand bcs they’re cute, fluffy, affordable but still taste premium. The designs are super pretty and the quality honestly exceeded my expectations. The block cake is definitely a must try. PLS GO BUYYY!!!!

The Chinese lady at this store is terribly rude. I never had good experience making purchase with her the last few times. Today is the same, she sounds like she's ready to pick a fight with whoever walks in to the store.

Subject: Complaint About Poor Service at Polar Waterway Point Dear Polar Puffs & Cakes Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I experienced at your Waterway Point outlet on Friday, 26 September. I went to the outlet to purchase your Chicken Pie. The staff informed me that three pieces cost $7.50, and I agreed to buy them. When making payment, the older Chinese staff asked if I had 50 cents. I told her yes, and while I was looking for it, she became visibly impatient. At that time, there was a couple waiting behind me. To avoid holding up the queue, I even suggested that the staff serve the couple first while I continued to look for the 50 cents. I made it clear that once I found it, I would pay her immediately. The couple was fine with this arrangement and also asked about some items at the counter. Despite my patience and willingness to let others be served first, the older staff still showed a very poor and disrespectful attitude toward me. Her younger Malay colleague was also present, but it was mainly the older staff who behaved rudely. As a customer, I was shocked and upset by such unprofessional behavior. This is not the kind of service attitude I would expect from a well-established brand like Polar. Customers deserve courtesy and respect, especially when they are being considerate to both staff and other customers. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary actions to ensure better service standards at this outlet. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Low

Very bad service, we ordered cake to collect at 9am at Punggol waterway point Polar puffs and cakes, we wait till 9:45 am but not ready yet. The person working here saying I don't know for everything. What a pathetic service. If you cannot train your staffs, shut down the place. Now we went to another cake shop to buy new cake. And nobody is responding to us from Polar. Please refund us our money we paid and call us.
