Really unimpressed with how I was treated by the staff during my visit. There was little to no effort to be courteous or helpful — felt more like an inconvenience to them than a customer they wanted to serve. Customer service definitely needs improvement here.

Had a disappointing experience at the Northpoint branch. I asked one of the staff (a Malay lady) for a marble cake, and instead of a polite response, she replied sarcastically along the lines of “did you see marble cake here?” implying it obviously wasn’t in stock. If an item is unavailable, that’s completely fine — but there’s no need for a sarcastic tone. A simple “sorry, we’re out of marble cake right now” would have been much more professional and respectful.Hope management can look into staff training on customer service at this outlet.

Last week I bought a $26.90 curry puff, it was so expensive yet the curry did not taste good, the pieces of chicken were so small and little and it was only chicken breast, the potato was so small that it was only 1 quarter of a potato. I will definitely not repurchase again.

Bought for chicken pie , posb promotion card 0.60cent, we wait until long queue, the staff busy here and there, arranging food in glass cabinet which is the food is already in tidy position. They let us Queue for long time. Hey we didnt come here for free, we pay!!

We did order "super-hero strawberry birthday cake" for my son. His classmate and him loved the cake. Well done!
