To the store manager/owner, I feel like you guys should change the name of the POS to whoever is doing cashiering at a specific time. The cashier who served me was so unfriendly and for a moment rolled her eyes and gave an ugly look when I was struggling with my payment method! Terrible Customer Service. The receipt states the Cashier name is Nur Amirah, but the staff who was doing cashiering was Rosalind or along the lines of that name I couldn't see clearly. So unhappy, going to avoid this outlet as much as I can. p.s. the satay puff was not that tasty. this 1 star review is mainly for that cashier.

I had a last-minute large order for a corporate event, and both staff members, Grace and Amirah, were incredibly helpful and handled everything smoothly. Their positive attitudes were uplifting and made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant.

Grace at Polar Bakery deserves a quiet round of applause. Efficient, warm, and unfailingly polite, she serves each customer with the kind of calm competence that turns an ordinary bakery visit into a pleasant little ritual. Orders are handled swiftly, smiles are given freely, and somehow the cakes taste even sweeter after being served by her. Polar is fortunate to have Grace behind the counter. 🍰✨
