Requested for a more crispy finish but it was still soft. Really loved the old school crispy waffles that PrimaDeli used to offer, now its not as yummy. $2.20 for chocolate filling. Service crews all having a bad day, kinda rude to each other.

Only for this outlet, their portion for peanut butter spread on my waffles were often very little. No matter which staff that prepared it, I always get less peanut butter. Horrible! So if you're seeing this, watch your waffles when they prepare yours.

Very nice Peach & Longan cake. Cake is the traditional kind, but still easily enjoyed by young and old people. Sponge is fluffy, while cream is light and fresh. Tried this particular flavor twice (different outlets) and both times were good. No experience with other flavors though.

By far the worst PrimaDeli I have ever been to. The lady staff was very unmotivated. She made the waffles with no intention of making a waffle. She ignored a customer blatantly. The waffle on the other hand, was tiny and the chocolate spread was so bad I might as well paid $1.70 for it. The cheese waffle they put 1 slice of cheese.

My fav waffle from Prima Deli is just simply amazing!!! At this branch, the 2.5min waffle already perfect. Ask for it extra crispy if that’s your preference!

Their cakes are fine and priced affordable. However today, I had a bad experience with their staff. I bought a cake, and my son was asking for it to be eaten. When I asked them for a disposable spoon, one of the staff moved to take one, while another staff shouted saying they don't have - even the staff that moved to take one wasa bit surprised. It's ridiculous that a cake shop doesn't have a disposable spoon or even a small knife. Please instruct your staff to not be mean and go the extra mile - otherwise you'll lose your customers soon.

While the waffles at PrimaDéli are undeniably delicious and cater to my love for waffles, I must express my disappointment with the service attitude. Barely any peanut butter, waffle was deflated and thin. Used to be my favourite, but after this time, will not buy again :(
