Bought their pizza for lunch this afternoon as I'm working nearby today. Pizza seems easier to eat during this period since dining out is not allowed. I bought a personal pan pizza for $4.90. It is freshly made to order and I could opt out from onions as I didn't like it. The expected waiting time was 15mins but to my amazement, it was ready in about 7 to 8 minutes. Very fast. The pizza is really hot and tasty. Highly recommended. 🍕😋 Date of review: 6 Jun 2021

Extremely disappointed with the service. Made a order for pizza delivery hours in advance, ended up waiting more than two hours for pizza that never arrived. Because of this, it ruined the whole family dinner experience. It was frustrating because I was unable to get through to customer service to check on the order status. Eventually cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I hope will be returned as soon as possible. Really terrible experience, made me lose trust in Domino's. So much for the empty promises about their pizza delivery. Need to work on improving your services!

The most pathetic service on phone where they keep you waiting. Please do not give empty promises to customers and say that you are the leading pizza delivery company when you surely NOT!!! First of all, the coke I ordered did not even come with the pizza I ordered. Second of all, when the pizza arrived it looked messy as the prawns and other ingredients were all one one side. What rubbish pizza !!! I will never order from them again!! This is the WEST COAST OUTLET !!!!

Super bad experience, online delivery request for 11.30am, call customer service no response. No status update as well. Only received the food 12.45pm with no apologies.

ordered genshin impact pizza at counter, was told to wait for 1hour. so i waited but then they missed out my order so i have to wait much longer again. poor service attitude as he was very reluctant to take my order
