Cake is always nice but the staff quite untrained. One lady staff attended to me halfway and excused to attend another customer behind at the pancake counter. when I politely asked the other counter lady staff who was doing chores whether she can help to expedite my order since her colleague was busy. She replied me she also quite busy. What the hell! However she still attended my order anyway. :(

If not for prima’s fabulous bakes, I won’t be patronizing this outlet. One of the worst customer service ever, never heard them say a word of thank you to customers. I think it’s because they are too caught up with their work and totally forgot that they need to do basic customer service. Seen other reviews about the lousy service at this outlet too, so it’s not just me. Perhaps also I’m comparing with other PRIMA outlets like Eastpoint, which I have been going for years and I always have a good customer service experience buying from them there for all my birthdays cakes. 👍🏻to the team at PRIMA Eastpoint.

The Aunty there are very chatty and toxic. I gave 20 cent more for a waffle and she started making fun of it and comment that my math suck.

The Chinese auntie doing waffles at Punggol plaza sibeh kuai lan and rude. My mother went to buy 2 pieces of kaya and peanut butter from her. Upon collection of item my mother open up and ask which is which and the Chinese auntie replied " you got no eyes to see isit". Before that while waiting told my mum to wait outside in a very rude manner while she is browsing the bread shelvings. Knnb sibeh rude. Incident just happened 15mins ago.
