Staff in this Swensen is very slow. There were a long queue outside and a few empty tables not being cleaned. The staffs still very chill and relax and clean the table slowly. There should have enough staff on that weekend after Christmas. I think the management should look into it. Nevertheless, the food quality is not bad, the fish and chips, pasta, and burger are all nicely done, although not that hot when served, perhaps because of the waiter issue again, that’s why only 3 stars.

Very Disappointing food but really friendly service. They should just run a normal Swensen’s instead. Food was bland, not always hot and not worth the price. They desperately need to revamp their kitchen and menu. The 2 stars are only for the friendly service Ordered Seafood chowder soup in bread bowl- comprised of 2 small mussels and 4 tiny clams in soup that was mostly carrot, potato and bacon. They should call it bacon potato chowder instead. Bread bowl was ok but not hot. When served, the top part of the soup was cool but the bottom part was steaming hot, which is possible if they left it on the counter for long enough for the top to cool before serving it. Mussel stew - I don’t even know where to start with this dish. The stew itself was basically a large dish of super thick tomato-based pasta sauce with lots of tomato chunks, which was served warm. The mussels inside were ALL COLD. It was not a good experience. Earl Granchio Pasta - this is a crab meat linguine. Although it needs more salt, it was the only dish that was served completely hot, making it the only decent dish we had that day. Coke - if you want to be a fancy place and charge higher prices, at least serve your soft drinks in a nice tall glass or give us the whole can that we can pour out ourselves. The tiny small cup you gave us was ridiculous.

We dined here after visiting Jewel nearby. We enjoyed the pasta, pizza, salad, soup, and breakfast set. Nothing special. This place was the only place which wasn’t busy when we came. Service can be improved.

Would have been 5/5 stars if not for: - the mains were generally lacking some salt and were slightly bland. - the occasional “you dont get what you choose” for the salad buffet because 30% of the items that we selected did not come and instead had other items in the salad bowl😂 kinda comical but nothing serious.. Overall still pretty delicious food, the haddock is fresh and flaky too! Seafood pasta was decent although slightly lacking in umami, the standard fish and chips were good too! Smoked duck carbonara had its richness and slightly bland too. Still 4 out of 5 stars because they aren’t very pricey so TLDR, its worth for its price and would recommend to come!

If you want to take a quick dessert before going into the city/terminal when you enter/leave singapore, this place will be ideal. However i truly don't recommend their hot kitchen meals. Looks bland and lack of spices. However the dessert were delicious, especially the fried chicken ice cream. The opera was ok but not outstanding

Yummy The King Pasta and Grilled Seabass. Enjoyed the $7 salad buffet, though top-ups could be more proactive. Strawberry Mango Tea was a nice choice too to end off the meal. Pricey but worth every dollar.

Chose to be here because of its 4.6 rating but turned out to be quite disappointing. The sequence of the food served was such : Grilled seabass, fish & chips, honey chicken leg and chicken tikka pizza. When the grilled seabass was served, it looked like it has been cooked must earlier and it indeed tasted so unfresh. The fish and chips is so so. Honey chicken leg was good, pizza is not too bad, may be it is freshly baked. Last but not the least, the buffet salad! While the greens are fresh, the soups (onion and corn) are not kept warm, and the crackers (keropok) and chips are soft.

Tried for the first time. Steak was cooked perfectly as requested (medium). As it was on hotplate, the meat did get cooked more over time so need to keep that in mind. The mustard which I believe are in like seeds form was pleasantly surprising as I never knew it could be in that form. The mac n cheese portion was smaller than expected but overall, the portion was enough for me together with my drink.

Went with a few colleagues for lunch. Ordered the ribeye steak with free flow salad at the bar. Unfortunately could only eat one round of the salad. Salad was good. Ribeye was a little salty and abit overdone though I asked for medium. Ordered a durian ice cream. Was good. Colleague ordered a mango something ice cream. Nice too. But the price is pretty steep.

I had a Bon Jovi burger & fries, which came with thick beef patty glazed with tasty mustard sauce. The fries is crispy and fresh, it would be better if the beef patty is juicy. Staff service is fine, water is served which is wonderful since most restaurants don’t offer free. Overall, a decent family restaurant, serves decent cafe food.

It's been a while since I last had Swensens, and since we were in Jewel so decided to head to Earle Swensen's Saw that they also had a Salad Buffet $7++ Top-up with any mains purchased. Had the following and what I liked best was their Sourdough Galic slice it was so delicious. Their fries were also crispy even though they looked dry. The steak was quite well done when we asked for medium... Seafood Chowder $14++ Topless Philly Cheese Sandwiches $17++ Beef Shakshouka $19++ Garlic Butter Sourdough Slice U.S. Grain Fed Sirloin 200 gm $27++

Food was really great! Plus we did the salad bar add on, and really stuffed ourselves because there was so much variety, and we wanted to try everything! Lovely service, atmosphere, food, awesome sundae, and great location. Decently priced too! Would definitely visit again ❤️

Affordable, quality and almost the quantity of food is great! Expect an above average portion of food for what you pay for along with a taste that is far beyond what I can imagine the regular Swensens is capable of. It’s not like the best, but for what you pay for this is tons better than hot tomato. Kudos an cheers!

Food was kinda disappointing. The Fish and chips arrived less than 5 mins upon ordering, fries was a little overcooked, even the fish taste like a it was re-fried fish and serve. It was hard like a chicken. No effort in presentation. Requested for The steak au poivre for medium well but received it like a well done, super disappointing! Not to mention the seafood chowder, portion is so small and it is very diluted. Thought it’ll be much more ‘atas’ food than the normal swensens but mehhh. The service was good 👍🏼

Wanted to commend this place is great! Despite busy Christmas lunch time, the Manager was patient and we were seamlessly seated and attended to. We were forewarn of longer waiting time, but it was all good. Food is great but we miss the once sumptuous buffet salad bar. Food portion is generous too. And service overall was pleasant.

Lovely food, good service and a too sweet drinks. It's "halal" restaurant, no alcohol here. Pasta carbonara was very nice, so was my honey chicken. Watermelon and mango drinks too sweet.

They say 'a picture is worth a thousand words', so nuff' said. Presentation is as important as taste, do better. The only saving grace is that your wait staff was attentive to our table's request, there was nothing worth noting besides that.
