⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Dining Experience at Swensen's Causeway Point I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Swensen's Causeway Point. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, clean, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family and friends. What made my visit especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by Aqilah. She was cheerful, friendly, and greeted every customer with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism made us feel valued throughout the entire dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensured our orders were accurate, and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Aqilah is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication truly deserve recognition. Staff like her create lasting impressions and encourage customers to return again and again. The food was delicious, well-presented, and served promptly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Swensen's Causeway Point to anyone looking for good food and outstanding customer service. My sincere compliments to Auilah and the entire team for their hard work. Please continue recognizing and encouraging staff members like Auilah, as they are a valuable asset to the restaurant. I will definitely be back and will gladly recommend this outlet to my family and friends.

We came about 3pm on a weekday to enjoy their 1 for 1 seniors promo.. Had their sambal fish and teriyaki chicken.. Even on a weekday off peak, they are operating at full house ! Food as usual is delicious and of hearty portions. Swensons never let us down.. We always go there when we are in the mood for some indulgence 😄😄😄

Service given by Fiqah and team awesome. She was so careful with all the hot utensils. Love their nasi lemak. You can smell the fragrance of the rice before you even put inside your mouth. Excellent.

Your newbie Ethan gave us excellent service. He was very polite and helpful when he approached us after we were seated. He tried his best to explain the Lunch Specials to us because we misunderstood the menu. We were surprised when the manager, Michelle, interrupted him and told us that he is a new staff. We told her that he had already helped us take our orders and we were good. She should have asked us first if we needed extra help or if Ethan needed assistance. Well done Ethan 👍🏻 I must say that your other manager, Bharat, was extremely courteous when we asked him about your Senior 1 for 1 promotion. Excellent customer service skills 👏🏻 The mushroom soup was horrible. No texture n over blended like baby food

Had a wonderful experience at Swensen’s! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the ice cream desserts were a real treat. What impressed me most was the family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is very welcoming to children, with a comfortable environment that makes dining with kids enjoyable and stress-free. The staff were friendly, patient, and attentive, especially towards families with young children. The menu also offers a good variety of options that appeal to both adults and kids. Overall, it’s a great place for family gatherings, celebrations, or a casual meal with loved ones. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a kid-friendly dining experience!
