Have always enjoyed the non-peak hour at this outlet. Service is fast & staff are really friendly. I was dining with my kids and the staff who served us saw that I ordered Cookie Monster and was observant enough to inform that the drink contained espresso. She offered to change it to milk if the drink was for my child. Great job, Swensen’s DTE 🩷

I came at 11 o'clock, the atmosphere was still quiet,,, lots of promotions set.. I ordered duck carbonara and got a choice of side dishes. I chose fried banana ice cream, the portion was quite large, it could fit 2 people and for new members, just add $1 and you can order the drinks listed.. good 👍

Been to this outlet a few times. It’s always crowded but for some reason, it was quite quiet today so we had a nice time with my complimentary birthday firehouse ice cream 😃

Pasta was amazing and a came with a runny egg that really brought out the flavor. Ice cream was amazing as always. Highly recommend goreng pisang split. So good that we needed to add a sticky chewy chocolate sundae. Waiter was super helpful with iPad. Air-Con is 10/10.

The service was good and the staff were attentive. However, we felt the sautéed mushroom that we ordered could have been better. There were some burnt parts that made the dish bitter. Other than that, the food was fine. Great to dine in a calm setting.
