Visited on 30 March 2023 to use a voucher and we also added on extra soup. Was really surprised by the portion of the soup as it was enough to fit 2 pax.. Nevertheless, the food all tasted great and well seasoned. Nothing much to complain about!

Food is above average. Ambience is relaxing, service crews are also polite and friendly. Sign up for the free swensens membership to get a free drink or top up $1 for the more unique drinks. Space is able to accomodate large groups too.

Perfect place for desserts or ice-creams, sundaes or apple crumbles. The walls may not be noise absorbent but it is still a good place to hang out with friends and family. We shared merri-mint sundae and hot apple crumble. The service was ok. We asked for warm water and it was served promptly. Perhaps, it was off-peak hours and not too crowded. We were attended quite quickly. Paying was swift and able to claim iChangi points quite fast :) it is a conveniently located.

We enjoy coming to swensons to celebrate our birthdays especially with the bday firehouse and the asian menu of laksa, mee goreng are so awesome. Plus lots of space for kids to run about. Staff are fast and efficient. Well done T3 Swensons

Wow haven’t been back for a long time ! The portion is very generous. And what they are doing using special needs server which are wonderful well done and let’s be patient when they serve us.

The best food & service in Changi Airport, Singapore. We were on the way to Australia with 3 kids and we have 4 hours of transit. My kids are very picky when comes to food but the Manager Ing Err accommodate all our request easily. Very quick service, and friendly & extremely helpful staff. Wide varieties of Ice Cream Sundaes to choose from. Sticky Chewy Chocolate has been always my favourite. Will definitely return and recommended.

Terrible experience with Swensen today. Came with my 2 boys. After ordered , food was served fast but 1 of the dish was missing. I waited for about 10 mins then I looked for the waiter . Nobody was attentive enough to see and attend to my raising hand. Fine, I stood up and walked toward the counter to ask for the missing meal which til now still not being served. I dont know what he heard but after waited for another 10 mins, they came to give me the meal in a tupper wear. Oh my god , my kid waited for his meal for so long and you all served his meal in a tupperwear??? Without sorry for being forget to prepare 1 of the meal. The waiter turned out to blame that I asked him to packet. Where got such thing, i came here to dine in. Really disappointed with the service, the staffs, the food was not that nice and everything was bad.

Had an awesome experience here. The foods are big in portions, so if you dont eat much, try ordering one portion for two and ask for a sharing/small plates. We ordered some dishes: - creamy mushroom soup (with sourdough bread bowl requested to be separated): the soup was a bit sour to my liking, but everyone else enjoyed it. We requested for the sourdough to be served separately so it didnt get soggy and less appetizing - omelette: the portion was big, french fries was perfectly crispy outside and soft inside, and the coleslaw was good - baked spaghetti bolognese: it was just normal, nothing special but again, the portion was big - pesto salmon 💯: a great pesto sauce indeed, the salmon was perfectly grilled and I love the mashed potato - beef hor fun 💯: STAR OF THE SHOW, best one on the table, big kway teow and sirloin beef are the perfect combination. I’d recommend this for lunch or dinner! - apple crumble: we ordered this since the famous banana crumble was sold out, but it’s just as good. Taste perfect when we eat a spoonful of each component so it balances each other. Again, it’s big in portion, so consider sharing it with others Would definitely come back with fam. Swensen’s also got a plus point from me because they’re having an inclusive workplace. We were happy to be served by staffs with special needs. It fulfilled our hearts too.

Had to use up an AIA birthday voucher. Was pleasantly surprised that the fish and chips was very good! Unfortunately, service was a bit lacklustre. First, the restaurant was hardly full yet I was asked if I wanted to be seated because there were a couple of big groups and I would have to wait 45 minutes for my food. It took them about 10 minutes before they came to take my order. Surprisingly the food came in less than 10 minutes after that! The food was served by a kitchen staff I think because they were short-handed; he merely placed each item on my table - everything came at once - soup, main, coffee.

Came here for the Great Eastern one for one promotion. Ordered a fish and chips and chicken chop. The fish wasn't too marinated on the inside so good thing their mayo is nice. Same goes for their chicken cutlet, it's not really marinated but at least it's crispy on the outside. Their fries however is nice, one of the better ones I've tasted. The coleslaw that comes with the sets is quite fresh, reminds me of KFC coleslaw.

very first restaurant to earn one star from me(sadly). services and the attitude of staff sucks… and is the worst i have experienced so far. restaurant is clearly understaffed. do not recommend to visit there if you are hoping for excellent service. Tables are also not cleaned. environment is absolutely not suitable for a great dining experience

Food is good with reasonable price, but super short-handed. We were having a group dinner during Puasa period, it was very crowded while most of the customers break fasting here. Kitchen and front staffs are not able to cope the overwhelming food orders; we were told that we need to wait for 40 mins for dessert order. That was crazy… the staffs are all multi-tasking and running in and out, I know they were trying their best and exhaust; I hope the management could do something to improve and assist them.

I had reserved for 30 pax for a 7yr old’s bday party. I was advised to pre order my food and did that. I had extra people from my original reservation and the manager Shaquil, was more than kind and helpful. All the food was ready and nothing missed out. We ordered drinks there and they came as quickly too. With so many kids and adults, they did fantastic. Food was fine, desserts were great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you Shaquil for your patience and kindness.

Food is decent and honestly delicious, with great portion. Just dont expect fancy gourmet western food here though.
