Love the cheese sticks! The noodles were okay though as the jajamyeong sauce was a bit plain and didn’t have a kick I was expecting. The chicken drumsticks were good though so I enjoyed the crispy skin! The portion is definitely better than four fingers. Hope to visit again

Free seating so just grab a seat before heading to the counter to order. Jajangmyeon was average, while it looked good, friend said that she couldn’t really taste the bean paste and the noodles were tough. The Jjampong in the other hand was spicy and fragrant. Chicken from Jinjja chicken is delicious and flavor is comparable to that of Four Fingers. Portion is generous and the size of the wings are bigger than Four Fingers. A worthy mention is their mozzarella cheese sticks, the cheese was stringy and it was the perfect savory treat. Glad we took the cashier’s recommendation in purchasing them.

If you are craving for Korean Chicken after watching Korean Drama… Another option other than 4F…. Saw comments on attitude staff, always believing in respecting each other and considerate on others who have been standing & serving for the past >5Hours. Good job to all staffs. Proud of you managing the crowd. The chicken is tender and crispy. Salty but nice to be that way. Limited seat available, estimation if you see more than 4 Groups waiting for seat… 1 Hour is minimum for waiting before you are seated. As we prepared our mental for the Q, the dining experience will always be Great.

The chicken’s the star of the show… the army stew and seafood jjamppong were alright but the noodles texture tasted weird! They should use normal ramen noodles I feel 😆. The seafood jjamppong looked very sad (two sotong rings, some weird sotong slices, 2 clams and 2 tiny prawns). If I could choose again, I’d just pick the army stew and fried chicken! Also, dunno why the fries so soggy :(

Great service for a fast food chain. This outlet is cleaner than other outlets. Food is delicious and very generous with the chicken wing sauce (unlike the clementi outlet). 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to the friendly and understanding manager (middle-aged man)

Nice ambience to dine in to with the view of the water fountain. The staffs (namely Fad and Zarin) were very friendly and helpful with us. They even introduced to us good promos. Overall we are satisfied with our dine in. Definitely will come again! Thank you Jinjja Chicken

Had rabokki for dinner, and wings . So delicious and love how crispy the chicken wings. Thank you to Zahin for his good customer service. He even lets us try the new mala chicken wings and thank you for the cute stickers! Mala chicken , It was not that spicy that you wouldn’t want to enjoy it. Kinda love the combination of mala and the soy garlic ( I think) . And Chicken is not dry! Maybe the sauce can be lesser and so can taste more of the mala. Overall is very satisfying!

Good food and great atmosphere. We're lucky to get the seat that faces the jewel inner waterfall. It was quite relaxing. Overall the food is okay, you cannot go wrong with the Jinjja chicken wings. We also tried the Rabokki, it seems like an instant Rabokki. But overall its tasted good

The toebokki and kpop chicken is the nice one. Be careful , monster sauce is very spicy. Although the order was taken wrong, but the food come out still okay. Just go for the chicken will do

Ordered their 6pcs wings set and the Chicken Kimbap. The chicken pieces were well coated with their sauces. But a warning though, the Monster level is very spicy. Senselessly spicy! Overall good experience here!

Tried their fried chicken wings and noodles and was blown away with the taste and quality. Had the seafood Jjampong but some of the noodles in my bowl were all "glued" together so it was one blob of dough-y noodles swimming among the many seafood chunks. The other noodle dish was chicken Ramyeon and that was very mild but generous portion. The star of the dine-in experience was the chicken wings in soy garlic and Yangyeom sauce. Kudos to the staff for keeping our food covered and table reserved while we left to go and attend to our baby's diaper change.

I love jinjja chicken. However, I was disappointed in the chicken burger that I ordered today. Burger came served on a plate drowning in sauce. There was so much sauce that I had to request for an extra plate so that I could transfer my food onto a clean plate to avoid being salted to death. Even after transferring my food away, the chicken cutlet in my burger was also covered with so much sauce that it was just too salty to consume. Hope that someone can look into this and improve on the burger!

It was worth it buying the voucher for the chicken wings and popcorn chicken from Qoo10. Taste-wise, still not my favourite Korean Fried Chicken brand. The soy garlic flavour is too sweet and the spicy one is too hot. The chicken could also do with less sauce, personally.

Came early and got a good seat here! Thoroughly enjoyed the food which was served promptly. The atmosphere at Jinjja Chicken was amazing as it was located near the Jewel Waterfall. The staff there were cheerful and helped us to clear our food after we were done!

It’s pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Specialises in Korean fried chicken and other Korean dishes. We had the kfc 6pc, bulgogi burger, jjampong and upsize kpop chicken. I thought the kpop chicken was the highlight of the meal. Overall, it’s ok to try, but it’s still fast food.

Was here for dinner on a weekday, there wasn’t a queue. The Malay lady at the counter was a little impatient and rushing us to take our orders but she was detailed in explaining the how the “combo set” works. We had the wings, rabokki and the seaweed fries. Wings were good, seaweed fries were serve cold and soggy so we sent it back for a new pack. Rabokki were too highly raved, a little disappointing, can skip this dish. Overall affordable and yummy Korean fried chicken, will return :))

Love the flaovour of the fries paired with tteobokki and its sauce which is not overly sweet and has a nice spicy kick to it without burning your lips! Nice lady at the cashier who is very friendly, love her service!

Been to Jewel JINJJA at least twice. Always a delight to come here because imo it has the best seats amongst the JINJJA outlets, infront of the jewel water vortex, AND the few affordable options around here. Got a 7.50 student promo & was served by a really friendly cashier named Syaf. She is very enthusiastic and warm to her customers & put in effort in her service & you can really tell!! Would recommend if you’re a student or with family because food is good, a lot of options and great view here. Only caveat is that it can get pretty crowded even past dinner time but so are other ‘value for money’ options here in sg haha
