Had a really enjoyable dining experience here! The food was delicious, especially the Black Pepper Seafood Pasta. Staff Hidayah were also friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made the whole experience even better. The ambience was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. Overall, a lovely experience and definitely a place I would come back to. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience, and a big part of that was because of Jennifer. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. She always had a smile on her face and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made our meal even more enjoyable. I really hope this compliment is passed on to Jennifer because she truly deserves the recognition. Thank you, Jennifer, for making our visit so special!

Wonderful dining experience at this outlet. The manager wearing a white shirt was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. The rest of the service team were also attentive, always greeted us with genuine smiles, and were ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel valued and comfortable. The food was delicious and consistently well-prepared, offering excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The restaurant was also clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant dining environment. Overall, I was very impressed with both the food and the service. This will definitely become one of my regular restaurants, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Served by Dewi. Friendly and cheerful. She also introduced me to the 1 for 1 promo as well as other membership advantages. The food as always is good and the place was clean and well taken care off. Thank you Dewi. We enjoyed our dessert today.

Something is wrong with this outlet. I’ve visited many Swensen’s outlets and have never had such a disappointing experience. The Cornflake Chicken was overcooked and had a strange smell, almost as if the chicken was not fresh. The Black Pepper Seafood Pasta was disgusting (cant believe they did that to a super good dish). Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take a photo, but the dish was bland, watery, and lacked the rich black pepper flavour you would normally expect. It looked pale and unappetising. On top of that, the staff were slow and unresponsive, with little to no customer service throughout the visit. I’m a loyal Swensen’s customer and genuinely enjoy dining at their other outlets, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I would never return to this outlet. This particular outlet has fallen far below the standard is damaging the brand reputation.
