Halal certified restaurant that serves decent western food. Had 2 baked rice and the lasagna. Preferred the baked rice. The mozzarella cheese sticks are good. They can really stretch! Good service and kids friendly. Lots of families with kids here :)

Update: Came for lunch on children’s day. 1 manager, 1 waiter and 1 ice-cream/cashier staff. All 3 working non-stop. We barely had to wait after being seated. Service was really good considering there were only 2 people moving around. Food was good too!! Thank you to all the service staff on duty!!! Bought a nice ice-cream cake here

Fabiane was absolute amazing w his excellency. His service is upmost respectable and commendable. Keep it up kudos! There's 15 pax of us and he's always forever cheerful and smiling and helpful. Thank you!

The chicken baked rice is good. Impossible burger is good, the mock beef is quite beefy. Chocolate ice cream is as good as before.

Nobody in Philly would accept this as a Philly Beef Sandwich!! It needs twice the beef that is in it, minimum. I had to search for the beef between the onion and mushrooms. Don’t call it a beef sandwich and then save on the beef or cheese. Onions, mushrooms, bread.. fries on the side were great. Two sauces. Banana coffee thing with whipped cream.. same issue. one slice of banana on top and other than that. None. Don’t call it a banana thing when it isn’t!! Staff was friendly, but didn’t offer anything when I notified them of this. Just thanked me for the feedback. Also, after posting this, there are 4 reviews. A 1* 2* 5* and 4*. Should be 3* but google says 3,8*

Overall service was good. A lil disappointment when the banana split came slightly melted. Ordered 2x cornflake chicken and 1 was slightly overcooked thus dried.

Successful business model. Good service includes serving water immediately (without asking) after being seated! Food is great, dessert is delightful! Highly recommend Sticky Chewy Chocolate Sundae, with good combination of ice cream, lava, and crunchy biscuit!

The lower sugar option for chocolate ice cream is on point. The sweetness level is just nice. But I wished there was a zero sugar option for Hokkaido Snow milk ice cream afterall since there is no sugar in milk, sugar is not necessary in milk ice cream. Having a zero sugar option will surely gain fans. One thing to note, Swensen’s ice cream freezes hard and is not scoop-able straightaway. Need to let sit for 10min. Overall nice creamy texture and quite shiok.

The mushroom soup was just okay, but the fresh bread was a positive aspect. However, the service was lacking, with the waitress primarily focused on food delivery, requiring us to organize the meal and drinks ourselves. Overall, it seems like there's room for improvement in terms of service.

Ordered the impossible burger and the patty was pathetically thin and dry. It was totally different from what I had from other swensen outlets. I would not recommend this outlet as they seems to adopt a lower food standard and quality.

So, my tourist friends and I went to Swensens Parway to have dinner. There this manager, short skinny guy who happens to be the store manager. So we went inside not aware that we had to wait for them to give us the seat. He didnt advise but instead thew a big attitude to us. Ive ignored his sarcasm and went on with ordering food. His guy who happens to be very nice, I spoke to that manager advising how nice the service crew while on the other hand asked him nicely to treat customers fairly and nicely and instead of acknowledging the constructive feedback, he began reasoning and pointing out our simple mistake. To not stoop down to his level, I just said ok if you dont want to entertain customer feedback then theres no point talking. To Swensens management, I hope this feedback reach you and in my humble opionion, that manager may need customer service orrientation or further training. Thank you and more power!

The coffee is too diluted. Maybe can have a thicker coffee by changing to a smaller cup with less water, overall the fish & chips still maintain its standard after so many years. Portion is also good. Is a nice gesture that they still served water without us requesting for it and at no charges.

Really like their ice cream sundaes and would come more often if not for the service. Even with different managers over the years, it seems like the bad service is consistent. The food isn't that bad but this last visit of mine, the cutlery was so gross and dirty. Like somebody couldn't be bothered to do their job properly. Disgusting. I guess no matter how, people just keep visiting as there are not many restaurants which serve good ice cream and decent food, all in one. And hence, this outlet probably never bothered to take constructive feedback into consideration.

Halal certified restaurant that serves decent affordable western food. Our most favourite was the sambal fish, the sambal was so fragrant. A must to order at Swensen. Service wise was pretty decent as there's isn't much staff there. Overall i recommend this outlet, less crowds.

The membership system is not user-friendly. Wasted almost 30 min just to register as a new member. The ice-cream we ordered does not taste as good as before. The standard has gone down significantly. Sad. Everything is so, overly super sweet. Remember to flash with plenty of plain water after finish all the desserts.

If I could this would be a zero star review. Service was extremely slow. Waited more than 40 mins at half empty restaurant. After the long wait, food served was different from menu. Ordered wok fried beef hor fun and came with a wet gravy filled hor fun. Manager by name of fabian told me they knew it was wrong for a very long time and told me to tell their management about it, not him. Instead of informing customer that the ordered item does not match the menu and taking responsibility, the answer is for the customer to take this to swensens management. He repeatedly mention there is nothing he can do about this and the solution is for the customer to inform swensens management. Avoid this place at all cost.
