Never disappoint me. Still the best ever 👍 Mega burger is awesome for a price above $10 really satisfies me. Sticky Chewy Chocolate is all time favourite. Keep it up Swensens 👍

Average food quality and service. Had our usual curry baked rice, spaghetti, cheese stick, omelette with cheese and ham, ice cream. Etc. Still a good place to visit for a simple meal, kids or wheelchair friendliness as it's spacious restaurant.

The food here was AWFUL. Used a voucher for the 3 course meal. Not sure if it's even worth going for that. The waitress told us the soup of the day was clam chowder. However, we were given half filled bowls of mushroom soup that tasted terrible. I'm not sure if they were just trying to clear the soup or if it's cos our meal was a voucher meal with a top up of $8 for the second one. The manager was nice enough to exchange a bowl of mushroom soup for the clam chowder which was slightly better. Even the usual garnishing for the baked rice was absent. Again, i wonder if it's cos it's a voucher meal. Wouldn't revisit for sure.

Never a fan of swensens but i was pleasantly surprised at their signature fish and chips! definitely worth it for the price. Big portion, fish was moist and not dry. Chips and coleslaw were decent too

Spacious restaurant, there were a lot of take away orders and dine-in customers. Somehow the staff mixed up our order and it was quite a long wait just to get appetizers that we ordered, and it only came when we finished our mains. The fried mushroom was not so good, it was mushroom chunks fried, i thot they would slice it.. forgot to use my hsbc card for 10% disc, overall ok.

Mr. Shaun (waiter) is very friendly and patiently explained to me that the pasta I wanted was not 100% meat free due to the chicken stock so I changed my order after his advice. Mr. Albert (Food server) is prompt with his serving of my food to the table in a fuss free manner. As for the food portion is generous but a bit on the salty side. (Ordered a bake rice with salmon and mushroom)

Ridiculous restaurant with overpriced, cold dishes!!! First they let us wait at least 15 min in front of the restaurant when there was no que, then it took another 40 min after ordering to get the food and at the end the food was cold! I also ordered a side called “seasonal garden vegetables” (below picture). It was served ice cold and it was just a few cherry tomatoes and zucchini pieces! The service and the food was terrible and not worth it!!!! The staff complained they are understaffed!!! Also, our bench was dirty from the person before, so even the hygiene is a problem here!!! Owner, do something about it and don’t be so greedy!!!!! Definitely will never come back to any of your outlets!!

Serving portions were generous but wait time for food was really long - understandable as the establishment was about 70-80% full on a Friday night. Waited about 20-25 mins for our apple crumble to be served after the mains. Food was yummy tho!

Similar to other reviews, the service is very bad as they are understaffed. Waited very long in the queue even though there is another section with many empty seats. Hard to get the staff's attention and they are rude. On the bright side, their food quality is still up to standard.

This msk cake is the worst I had very very sweet and the green part is colour contains. The staff there is not unhappy all the way and never give candle and ice bag . please improve the food and service.

I enjoyed my lunch at Swensen's @ Clementi Mall. Staff is friendly. The food is cooked well. Ice cream is yummy as always.

Not very crowded. Went on a weekday evening. Service was not bad, food came quicker than expected. Food is amazing.

Visited Swensen's after long time. They seems like didn't improve foods and serves. Pay for same money, go to another western restaurants. Ordered fried potato was very cold, it's like cooked few hours before.

Fries isn’t crispy. The rest is fine. Gave a 2 star for service as there wasn’t enough service crew during a weekday dinner. Pretty obvious that they couldn’t manage.

Look at the ice cream! Poor Service, requested for chilli sauce. Wait for 15min then I still need to (walk over) to another staff to request for it again.

The most disgusting caesar salad that I’ve ever had, tasteless baked rice with poor quality. Can’t understand why there’s even customers. A blemish on Singapore gastronomy.

Bad service and mediocre food. Cutlery in the basket were dirty. We ordered two soups - had to remind them to serve the soups AFTER the main courses had already arrived, and one came with a soup spoon while the other one did not. Pasta portion was small. Restaurant does not seem to take much pride in their service and food.

Food - Decent. A little overpriced considering the portion size and flavour. My burger was served on a wooden board that looked a little mouldy. (picture attached, you be the judge) The icecream seemed to have shrunk in size over the years, and was already melted on the outside by the time it arrived on the table. Service - The male waiter that seated us was really polite and friendly. Was apologetic when we realised one of the chairs and the floor below it was wet. The other male waiter (who seemed to be the manager) we interacted with was really rude and impatient (the restaurant was not busy) when we were ordering our icecream. There was also a mix up with orders a few times, and we had food/drinks sent to our table by mistake. Other than that, service was pretty quick in terms of us getting our orders. Atmosphere - Nice restaurant with a good view. However, since this is a family restaurant, there will be screaming kids from time to time. Overall, this branch of Swensens has been on the decline for a while now, and I think it's time for my family to stop giving it yet another try.

Swensen's at Clementi Mall serves very good burgers. I've tried their impossible burgers on a couple of occasions, and more recently, the Classic Ultra Burger. The patties were juicy, smashed till they're very tender, and cooked just right. The secret sauce wasn't too overpowering, such that I can still taste the original flavour of the beef. The melted cheese was the icing on the cake. I also ordered their mocha, which is nice and not too sweet.

I ordered ribeye, mac cheese, and calamari rings. The calamari rings were over fried. Not worth your gums hurting munching it. The fries were better option. The steak was fine. Comparing to Jack's Place and I-Steak restaurant, Swensen's steak would be considered overpriced for its meat grams. However, fair enough that if you enjoy dessert, Swensen would be a good choice to chill over desserts with coffee. The part timers were hardworking. Note: Halal Certified

Food was decent, especially the baked rice which is generally dependable. Curry chicken was slightly spicy and enough ingredients. Chicken baked rice was cheesy, not bad. The spicy laksa did not have much flavor until I put in the entire saucer of chili paste. Then it was still passable. Restaurant was rather warm not sure if the aircon was on. Overall ok environment but lacking the genial family restaurant feel and I feel can get better food for the same price.

Portion is pathetic. Service is VERY slow. Waited for 25 minutes for our first dish to be served. Ordered the We Meat again combo and as seen in my photo, the chicken portion is pathetic. You'd expect a normal portion of steak AND normal portion of chicken as shown in the menu but no, the chicken is smaller than half a piece of usual chicken size. Not worth the price at all!
