Thank You Rasidah. I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the exemplary customer service I received at Délifrance. I was having a really bad week, and honestly, the kindness shown to me by this staff member genuinely made my day so much better. They were incredibly friendly, and welcoming, and it was one of those small interactions that ended up meaning much more than they probably realised. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out to me. We truly need more people like Rasidah in the world, people who treat others with kindness and make them feel valued. Thank you for turning a difficult week into a slightly brighter one. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and I really appreciate it. ❤️

Visited Délifrance Causeway Point today. While the cake I purchased was fine, I was disappointed to discover what appeared to be a plastic-like strand or foreign object attached to and embedded within the bread of my sandwich. As shown in the attached photos, the transparent string-like material was only noticed while I was eating. This is concerning from a food safety and quality control perspective, as customers should be able to enjoy their food without worrying about foreign objects being present. The Kit Kat Chocolate Mousse was good, but the foreign object found in the sandwich has unfortunately overshadowed the entire experience.

June, Dina and Putri were fantastic! Their service was incredibly fast, professional and friendly, and even had a touch of humour. I’m so impressed with their service and will definitely be returning.

The staff, Ms Ziate & Ms Rashidah, were professional, approachable, and responsive. Special thanks to Ms Rashidah for assuring me that I would be served shortly while she was packing earlier orders. Good to see that Delifrance Causeway Point has improved tremendously, with engaging staff who make the effort to reassure customers in the queue. On a separate note, I hope the branch can improve on the availability of cutleries & condiments, so they do not run low during lunch time.
