This restaurant will make a fine addition to my colletion. Ive been around mcdonalds from different locations. The one in here, is complete with the touch of mc cafe which make it better for office workers came by. Absolutely Recomended.

Always be my kids’ fave! It has a lot of menus that the kids love and the one here is quite spacious. Located in strategic mall of Pasar Festival, the staff are friendly and helpful. It can be very crowded yet the health protocol is observed. Physical distancing is managed as well. Hand washing stations are available. Temperature check is probably not done aLl the time but it’s there. They have various bonuses as well for purchasing certain packages. This week they have cute tumblers. All in all I like this place

Could've been better if only not swarms with workers who made the place their workstation. I saw a mother and two kids didnt get table, bcoz some of workers like open their laptop and have meeting there. I mean c'mon this is family restaurant, not a coffee shop

- Located inside of Plaza Festival Kuningan area, but it was a standalone building on the exterior part of the mall. - Place is pretty crowded, all seats are filled when I arrived. - Foods are okay, up to the standard of McDonald's franchise - Can be a great place to hangout. Opens 24hr

Since I live in the state, I have never tried McDonald's in Indonesia. This place was close to the hotel so I walked and had lunch here. I notice they have spicy fried chicken here which apparently is quite popular amongst the locals. I ordered the beef prosperity burger which is not available in the states. The fries with skin and the pineapple drink. both of these are not available in America. Of course I had to order a couple pieces of fried chicken as well just to compare to the local KFC. The fries were not better than the McDonald's original but it was okay. The burger was nice and tasty but had a bit too much black pepper taste. The chicken though it tastes the same as the KFC spicy chicken. The breading was heavier and was not as light. I prefer the Indonesian KFC version. Overall the service was good. The place was nice and clean. They had an automatic ordering kiosk with English language. The girl showed me how to change it and walk me right through how to order. She was super friendly and spoke English nicely. Credit card payment was right at the kiosk as well. I took my tag to my table and they delivered it within 5 minutes.

Did they know, McDonald's is the biggest toy seller in the world (thanks to their happy meal)? And the price of their happy meal already increase more than 100% in this 10 year (other food was less than that). But WHY THEIR CASHIER DID NOT ALLOW CUSTOMER TO CHOOSE THEIR HAPPY MEAL? How come they said it is random toys (like gacha) meanwhile in the box clearly show what is inside. How come they blame their stupidity to the customer by blaming, i cannot change since I already open the box nicely (did they think I tear off the box???) If YOU WANT TO SELL HAPPY MEAL, THEN PLEASE AT LEAST GIVE EDUCATION TO YOUR CASHIER ABOUT THAT!!!
