For a fast food, this is bad. I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes. My order was also not complete. There's been a lot of changing and negotiation for my order.

their French fries had Maillard reaction (turned brown) which means the oil they use is old and dirty. And, sadly this is not the first time. If it happens again I am planning to report it to PT Rekso Nasional Food.

Good food, but too crowded sometimes. Especially in the afternoon

Very good usual McDonald's, but too Crowded. Not recommended for anyone who want to work here. Try another McD if you want a quiter and less Crowded place.
