The line is long and only can order on screen - while the cashier is not cooperative when ask to order on cashier they refused, and they ask to order by screen only, other things while there is promo happy con on the ads but it’s not available here

This is one of the fast-food restaurants I usually visit whenever I can't decide what to eat. However, in my opinion, the service at the Darmo branch is very disappointing. I was especially dissatisfied with two female employees. One, who was not wearing a hijab, was serving at the drive-thru, while the other, who was wearing a hijab, was working in the food preparation area. Both were unfriendly, showed no smile, and provided poor customer service. If you no longer want to serve customers properly or no longer wish to work there, it would be better to leave rather than damage your workplace's reputation with negative reviews. I also saw a male employee throwing a food package. I understand that it was only a neatly wrapped pack of rice and that it was within the preparation area. However, your kitchen is open, and customers can clearly see everything. Employees should always demonstrate professionalism and proper manners. Although my order was prepared correctly, there was a lack of attention to detail. I ordered takeaway, but simple items such as sauce sachets were not included. To the management, please pay closer attention to your own vision: "To become the world's best quick-service restaurant by providing the best experience for customers, employees, communities, and business partners." One of your missions is to "deliver excellent service through outstanding operational standards." Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of your employees do not reflect these values at all. That is truly disappointing.

The burgers are okay, but there are other better burgers. My fave here is still the seasonal prosperity burger.

Where you can find fast food and fast services. They have excellence service because they were willing to deliver the accidentally left meals to customer house.
