I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's Raden Inten Buaran today on July 26, 2026. My wife and I were sitting at one of the long tables after placing our order and registering that table number for our food delivery. Then, without any warning or even a simple "excuse me," a staff member I remember as Devi suddenly brought a large group of around 10 people to our table and started placing their orders there. We were left completely confused. We had to get up, find another seat by ourselves, and then inform the staff that our order should be delivered to our new table because it had already been assigned to the previous one. This entire inconvenience was caused by the staff, yet we were the ones who had to sort everything out. What disappointed me most was not having to move—it was the complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. In the F&B industry, good manners are fundamental. The proper approach would have been to politely apologize, explain the situation, ask whether we would mind moving, wait for our response, and help us find another suitable table before seating a large group. That is basic customer service and common courtesy. Instead, none of that happened. There was no apology, no explanation, no request for permission, and no assistance. We were treated as though our presence didn't matter. I sincerely hope the management coaches the staff, especially the employee I remember as Devi, if that is indeed the correct name, on proper customer etiquette and hospitality. Great service is not just about delivering food quickly; it's about respecting your customers and communicating with them professionally. This experience fell far below the standard I expect from McDonald's. It was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. I hope no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.

food was decent, some of the employee are not very friendly, but the one who stand in the coffee corner is nice.

all is well. services, time to service, and nuances are always, as always impeccable. But it is SOO hard to ignore the biggest flaw here : your soda, most of the time, decarbonated. they lose the carbony-stuff so all of your soda (mostly, Ive tasted your coke, zero coke, and fanta) ALMOST all the time, just like fluid with syrup. even the worst cup ever made my coke tasted like a cup of lemon tea (it was not, in fact, lemon tea. just fully decarbonated coke). I asked, once, for a new cup and let the waitress know, they gave me new cup with coke with actual carbon in it, somehow. probably check out on your machine that you use to store your soda. do they somehow malfunction ? what is happening here ? overall is still, my most favorite spot to hangout and enjoy the moment 🧋🧋🧋
