Kinda kids friendly, there’s separate room for birthday party. This is a quite busy mcdonalds. There’s mcCafe also. If you’re looking for a quite lunch, this is not the place for you. If you tried to work and have a bite at the same time, i don’t think this is a good place to concentrate. But this place is friendly for kids to play and have a bite. So more family friendly i guess.

Love coming to this McDonald’s! The location is super convenient, especially if you live around Graha Family. The place is clean, cozy, and has plenty of seating, so it’s great for hanging out with family or friends. The staff are friendly and service is quick, even when it’s busy. Food tastes fresh and is always up to McDonald’s standards. The drive-thru is also very helpful when you’re in a rush and don’t want to dine in. Overall, a nice and reliable spot for quick meals, family time, or late-night cravings. Definitely one of my go-to McD places

Been here several timest, mostly for kids birthday party. It's good for kids birthday party aa the place is quite spacious and has an indoor playground. They also provide an MC for the party. The food itself is standard like other McDonalds in Surabaya.

Just as usual McD restaurant. But sometimes it is not comfortable because too many children playing arround, shouting loudly and messy.
