Rating: ⭐⭐ (2 stars) Disappointed – poor service and complaint handling Review: Visited McD Alam Sutera yesterday and ordered a package with spaghetti and chicken thigh. Instead of thigh, they gave me a wing without any prior notice or asking if that was okay. I called this morning to complain. Spoke to an employee first – response was unsatisfying. Asked to speak with the manager, but still left feeling unheard. The apology only came after I pushed back. It felt like they assume they’re already at the top of the market and don’t need to take complaints seriously. Poor complaint management and customer service. A simple “we’re sorry, we’ll check” at the beginning would have made all the difference.
