one of the most iconic places to eat in downtown surabaya. somehow, the atmosphere here feels much less hectic than the mcd's near pakuwon mall in west surabaya, even though this mcd's is also right by the main road. i also met an adorable cat here that kept me company while i was eating. i love it here.

The overview about this place is good but the maybe the cleanliness could be improved. The parking lot cannot accommodate a lot of cars.

Pak Slamet Riyadi is a great team leader here. He was quick and managed my feedback very well about inconvenience taste of my ice lemon tea. He followed up and solved the problem, event upgrade the drink. Well done pak.

Sorry Surabaya, but this is not McDonald's this is a war zone. Ongoing construction past 10pm, filth, no clean table, rat traps and the worst part: I have already ordered and paid before I really took a good look. As an international traveler I have been to many different McDonald's in the World but this one is a no and I hope you finish the modernization soon.
