I honestly had one of the worst drive-thru experiences at McDonald’s. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem friendly at all. On top of that, the microphone system was hard to hear, I had to repeat my order several times, yet they still weren’t responsive enough. For a place like McDonald’s, I expected at least quick and clear service, but this visit was really disappointing.
