I usually enjoy McDonald’s, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The service was extremely slow even though the store wasn’t crowded. The staff seemed unbothered and hardly made any effort to communicate. My order came out wrong, and when I asked for it to be corrected, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I hope the management can improve the service quality because this experience was far below expectations. Not foreigner friendly

This famous place is a place to eat. we eat burgers & crispy fried chicken deliciously and quietly. But the word calm doesn't exist here, because there is a playground here and lots of loud screaming children. this is a place to eat. We just want to eat in peace.

I like the machines that assist the visitors to help themselves to order without attendees. They save spending some more minutes to queue.

Have implemented ordering a food menu by selecting your own menu via a digital device. There are also plenty of seats provided. You can choose to eat indoors in an air-conditioned room or outdoors...
