Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at a McDonald’s outlet, as I was not served at the drive-thru without any clear explanation. This caused inconvenience and did not meet McDonald’s service standards. I hope this matter will be addressed to improve future service. terjemah indo

The food are tasteful, good service but the place is so crowded. It's nice for family lunch or dinner
