I love the place, I've been going to the same Mcdonald's since I was little. The service is great and I love the fried chicken.

You have to pay for parking there. They apply hourly metered parking. Very bad. Just recently installed in Oct 2025

The McD resto in Gading Serpong area. The service is friendly. The only feedback I have is more power plugs 😁 It provides public EV Charger in the parking area. Keep up the great service

We tried to ask anyone to come to clean the table no one was available , they need to focus on cleaning the tables once the customers done

another sily Mcd restaurant that won't accept customer request to adjust its chicken selection. I requested tigh & drum and they gave me drums instead. these mcd should be evaluated as it makes mcd services worse time by time.
