On 14/03/2026 at around 4:50 AM, I visited McDonald’s Harmoni Jodoh, which is managed by General Manager Wisnu (displayed at the counter) I placed an order and had to wait quite a while before receiving the food. What was surprising was that my order was the only one displayed on the screen, and there were no other customers around at that time. When I finally received my beverages, the hot coffee was already ice cold and tasted very bland. The food served was also cold. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend eating at this outlet, as it was one of the worst experiences I have had.

Take out food always forget something, never do diligence check and guest have to check on their own to realize something is short. The fries is not crispy at all. It's shoggy and oily. Last night we ordered 1 cheeseburger with extra pickle and they only give us the normal amount of pickle(still have to pay extra).

A 3 storey 24hr MCD nearby my hotel so I came by to have a Cuppucino. The coffee was fine, especially for a fast food joint. The main reason for me to write this 5 Star review is becoz I saw a very diligent and hardworking staff/server who needs to be commended. He went around doing his job from the counter to serving table to table, to clearing up the trays and rubbish to even mop the floor with a keen joyous smile when a guest accidentally spilled 2 whole cups of juice on the floor. This server is the best example I have encountered in the past decades of dining at MCD worldwide. I hope the mgmt takes good care of his career advancement. Well done sir! 💯😀👍
