Decent food, terrible service. Food was 4/5, nothing amazing but not bad either. I had the salmon n mushroom pasta. They used smoked salmon which was interesting and gave a richness to the dish. Sauce was on the creamy side and rather enjoyable. Ice cream was good as expected, I had the salted butterscotch crumble (used to be just butterscotch but they changed the item). The service was amazingly bad though, especially the "normal" red-shirt employees. Not expecting a lot, but even neighborhood coffee shop aunties do better. I said the usual "thank you" pleasantries, but the female staff was mumbling softly, generally trying to get away quickly, and overall being straight out rude. I was eating a late lunch at 4.30pm, so it wasn't rush hour by any means. I saw another staff attending to the table beside me, and the interaction wasn't very professional either. Perhaps it was off-peak period, and less-trained part time staff might be working then. (Still not an excuse for the poor service though.) The little saving grace is that at least the white long-sleeved staff (probably supervisors) treated customers decently. Not outstanding, but at least way better compared to the other red shirt staff. If anything, I've learnt to get the attention of the white shirt staff if I needed to speak to anyone.

Visit this outlet fairly often. The quality control of food here is pretty good, much more consistent than causeway point outlet. The staff here are also generally quite alright, most of them show good attitude in their service and tone towards customers. All I can say is be prepared to queue for awhile especially friday dinner & weekend lunch and dinner timings.

Been a frequent diner at this outlet. Food is always great, up to standard! Super love the beef sausage arrabbiata 😋 Sweet and peppery, with a great amt of spice! Fries came in hot & crispy 🥰 Just a point to note, as many reviews mentioned.. staff here seems unfriendly & service wise can still be improved. Else wise, cheers! Love the food 👍🏻

the mac and cheese and bagus impossible burger was great!! tho the baked rice was so so. and as usual, i enjoyed the sundaes - durian supreme, sticky chewy chocolate and chocolate crunch 😋 the bread bowl was also pretty filling. great place for families 👍🏼

The food are 👍.. I like the variety of kid meals available. I ordered a pizza, a salmon with rice, cheesy baked rice and a kid meals with spaghetti noodles+ sausage. The served portions were just nice. I topped a kid dessert called volcano. Given price overall compared to Collin's, I think my more could be done for improvement. Example, for improvement, need to keep the plate cold as the ice cream was melting at the time we were served.

Service is ok, not the best. Some staff may be a tad grumpy but staff still brings you what you ordered. Food is ok. Swensen’s has a range of local delights, western, international, a whole range of ice-cream! Atmosphere can get rowdy and quite noisy. May be hard to have and listen to any discussion across the table. It is in the neighbourhood so it is quite conveniently located.

The manager Aidil was rude and didnt know how to manage his job. The restaurant actually have empty table and seat but he didn't let my family in. Let me and the kids waited more than 20 minutes outside the restaurant. When I asked him why, he just answered rudely said . If is not my kids insisting to eat here, i will have definitely left. I hope management can do something about it. The manager need to improve his attitude and customer service skills. I can hear the customer quieng behind me are also complaining and some even left the queue.

Located at level 2, near escalator, Swensen offers all of the food westerns type. I tried Lamb Chop this time around from the grill selection. You could choose 2 type of side and I choose Rice Savoury and Seasonal Garden Veggies. The potions wise was ok for me, price wise will be mid range. Service wise was fast and smooth. There’s no waiting time if come after or before peak period so if you looking for a way to avoid crowd or longer waiting time.

It really upsets me when I ate the curry bake rice. It was not my first time eating it. In fact I have not only been eating at Swensen's but also have work at Swensens when I was a teenage boy. But when I informed the manager about my curry baked rice that it was not the normal rice which is supposed to be as they only fill it with only just white rice. The manager dare to tell me yes it is how curry baked rice is.

Dine-in with my girlfriend, I ordered Black Pepper Seafood Pasta and Deep Fried Mushroom. The pasta was filled full of black pepper and chili which made it so flavourful and I really liked it, except that I found that they added too much oil as well which made the pasta a little gooey. The deep fried mushroom was a little underwhelming for a star dish but acceptable.

Came for a late lunch today. Food came at a reasonable time. Service was ok, as not much interaction except during payment time when we wanted to buy ice cream cake at the last minute and the malay girl was very kind and patient to help us.

It took a while for me be seated due to dinner crowd. Staff was swift to take my order but waiting time (for my food to be served) was longer as the kitchen was busy. I enjoyed their breaded chicken cutlets. It's crispy and delicious. The overall dining experience was pleasant.

Edited: I gave a 4 stars months ago but after my recent visit, I felt that I had to change to 1 star. I ordered Black Pepper Seafood Pasta and there were 3 mussels, however I noticed one of the mussels had 2 mushrooms instead of an actual mussel. It was pretty amusing that they thought I couldn’t tell or taste the difference. I didn’t ask for change but I know I wouldn’t visit Swensen’s anymore. Service is good, friendly waiters. Promptly served us well. The waiters deserve recognition for their hard work. Food is good, as usual. No doubt about it. Been here before many times. Definitely will definitely come again for sure. Overall, I had a great experience.

The customer service is very poor. The servers are rude to me when I ask very simple questions and just wanted a cold water. I have raised my hand for very long even when there is very little people here and yet there was no response from them. The food wise is not bad. But I have been eating here for almost every year. But customer service doesn’t seem to improve. Edits: 1 year later to come eat. Still the same. Very bad.

Casual Dining with reminiscent of their old decor. Ice cream cakes far exceeds scoop in terms of taste. Food is average but good variety for the kiddos, fries were great.

I was once a Swenson member. Came to reminisce the old times. The same food, same drink... But my time was ruiner by an unfriendly and rude waitress in brown but the younger one, without spectacle. The other waitresses are friendly and helpful. This unfriendly waitress messed up my side order and gave me what was wrongly sent to another table after quite some time. Who's to say the food's not touched? She said "think maybe not" and "up to you" to eat or not eat. And another side she bought to my table without means to eat. When ask her for it (no one else's available) she just nod but went to chat at 3 other tables and disappeared into kitchen. I had no choice but go ask from someone else. This part of hard to get attention of server is the same too... Ahh old times.
