Really impressed by the food presentation! Everything was served so neatly and thoughtfully on the tray—from the rich, hearty soup and fresh salad to the warm bread roll and drink. It makes for such a cozy, appetising meal setup. Will definitely be back!

Just witnessed the old man using his bare hands to take the bread from the toaster to my plate, worse of all he used a spoon to drink the green tea before serving it to me. Drank the soup and left. Attached is the queue ticket. You can check the CCTV. 22 April, around 2:45pm. Would refrain from patronizing this outlet.

I was excited to find a good halal restaurant to get my office lunch for a good balanced meal. Found a big white worm inside my food after eating for a while, throwing away the rest of the food. Salad veggies should be cleaned and soak in salt water specifically for these type worms. Seems hygiene not being followed thoroughly. I ordered warrior meal at changi city point. Really sad to see such issue from a chain shop.

First time dining at Soup Spoon with my family and never again! 1) Beef goulash was so tough, it is so obvious they just added the beef in the soup for a few minutes. The soup tastes like it’s been reheated a couple times & they just refill it with beef. 2) The chicken breast wrap was cold and soggy that after eating, my plate basically was filled with water. It tastes like a child made it. 3) The SG chicken & mushroom ragout was tasteless. It wasn’t well seasoned. The chunks of chicken were cut poorly and unevenly. honestly eating instant noodles is better than this. 4) the lemon ice tea has more ice than tea, extremely diluted. 5) food was overpriced for such poor quality. Guess the Chef didnt review the food before serving. Now that weve tried, never again. Will not recommend to family and friends.
