Good place for a quick bite and when craving for simple tasty soup and sides. staff was very friendly and considerate too knowing i had a young child with me. food was prepared and presented nicely and it was HOT too. suggest that they do chargrilled broccoli as well.

love the soup but did not get to have class chowder. mushroom soup is still good to have..with sandwich and Flatbread to make a set.

Order via Deliveroo 2 souper sets and an ala carte soup. The chicken pineapple burger and flatbread were delivered stacked on top of each other with a cover missing. So the bottom of the burger box was resting on the flatbread itself. That's not very hygienic

I came here this evening for a quick bite. Was here around 9pm and was the only customer. The store is clean and there are seats available. However the SG chicken soup is a bit dry, there is more of the ingredients and not much soup. Usually I would get the half and half set as I can try 2 different types of soup.

Got it through delivery. Well packaged. Suggest to use cling wrap to put over the top of the soup container before capping it. And also maybe pack the chilli crab sauce seperate from the wedges. Punching a hole on the top of the box of fried food would be ideal. Portion is good. Good taste. Soup has enough ingredients. Pricing is on the higher side.

Ordered on foodpanda. Took about an hour, they seem to hire turtles for this outlet, per other reviews. The Quorn nuggets were wet, soggy and not even properly cooked. Same as the wedges. There are visible white spots. Very gross. The SG chicken ragout was tasteless, with HARD potatoes and carrots. Also didn't provide cutlery when I requested. Never again.

Ordered a salad set (Provençal-style beef stew). Salad was good but the beef is so tough,difficult to bite and chew. After trying a few bites I gave up.

Tried the one of the new soup. Can't remember what its called. Was spicy, creamy and full of ingredients.. as always So happy since it got the Halal cert. Filling and yummilicious! Had the caesar salad.. so... damn... shiok! Leaves were crunchy... sauce was on point, the sun dried tomatoes added nice tangy flavour.

Crews are taking their bloody sweet time to prepare takeaways. You do not have sufficient manpower then jolly well stop accepting online deliveries. Update 16/11/2023 Still taking their own sweet time preparing my order as I waited for 30 mins

The staff is not attentive. The self order machine never remove those that not on the menu. QR menu is updated. But new item is not ready to sell

Not the best Soup Spoon outlet to begin with but we frequent it fairly often due to proximity to our home. Please do not use tough croutons for your Caesar Salad, it's so burnt and chewy but when we feedbacked to the staff, he could still say "Oh, we use sourdough bread, so it's like this". May we suggest to the management to not use sourdough bread? Or whatever tough leftover bread simply because nobody eats them? Croutons are supposed to be a crunchy topping, not pieces of leather to train your incisors. I urge the management to fly back to culinary school because this is unacceptable. The mobile ordering Souperholic app is also damn maddening. The image files for coupons are not easily seen and you got to manually click on it to expand the description. Just ask your developer to do a better job. We did not manage to see the free broccoli side dish and asked the staff if they could add it in our order but the answer was "No, you have to make another order again. " Despite the poor serving quantity at AMKhub as compared to other outlets, we have been willing consumers because we believe the nutritional quality of their food is kinda better than many of the junk out there, but finally, enough is enough. We do not have to put up with the lacklustre food anymore as this is our last visit to this sub-standard outlet. The aircon at the basement of AMKHUB is also non-existent these days. Not like it's their fault but it just makes deciding easier for us.

Ordered at 4 pm and Grab app says I’ve to wait till 6 plus pm to get my food. The kitchen is still preparing the food after 1 hour! And i cannot cancel the order because Soup Spoon accepted it. They except their customers to wait more than an hour to prepare?

Standard soup spoon outlet, taste is consistent to other outlets. The salad here is pretty good, but portion is quite small and pricey. The good thing is that the location is very convenient in AMK hub, so I would probably come back here due to the close proximity of the restaurant. Overall I’ll give it 3 stars! :)

Dining area was pretty empty on a weekday. Ordering through the kiosk was easy. Service crew were patient and quick to clear the used trays of utensils and cutleries. I realised that my Rosella tea and spinach which I had ordered on the app was not received by the outlet. It was my first time trying out the app and after sending in, an order number came in without me having to make payment. I went to the outlet to clarify and the staff on duty said the the order did not go through. When I checked the app, the items were no longer available for redemption too. The beef goulash was a tad too sourish and my children did not really fancy the taste. The burger tasted really great.

Better service in other outlets. Though not much is expected. Can't even microwave the soup to a proper temperature above barely lukewarm .... Edit 28/6/24 : 15 mins for reheated soup and assembled bread? Really? Reminded them of the small bun the meal already comes with. And looking at other customers’ trays, this seems to be intentionally left out … The tray return location was left full. This included the additional nearby cart / table, not just the hole in the wall. So probably 7 trays or more, so imagine how long this was left unattended. Can’t return tray if tray return area has no space to return to 😠 ! Cleanliness definitely not a priority. Still the worst outlet I’ve been to .. no change here ..
