Consistently Good Soups, Salads And Sandwiches. Soup Spoon has definitely been a staple for flavourful soups and is my go to for a lite meal. Beef Goulash and Tomato Basil Soup are among my favorites with price ranging from $10-$15 depending on the size. Their salads and sandwiches are equally good. Had the smoked salmon sandwich today, its tasty but a bit small for $8.90. This outlet has very few seats and could easily get full even before lunch hour. Service is efficient with a self server ordering kiosk.

Cute little place for lunch. The self-ordering kiosks can be a little slow. If you see a line, be prepared that it’ll take a while. The place is also small and have very limited eating spaces. I ordered the Cleo's Bowl and it’s really filling. Portion was generous for $12.50. Will visit again.

Surprisingly this is the soup spoon that’s the most generous with the meats given. I ordered the keto salmon spinach set and was pleasantly surprised with the huge servings of salmon in this. Perhaps this wasn’t too popular as it’s keto but the sheer amount of salmon pieces that I got was extremely gratifying! Kudos! 👍🏻

I ordered an English Breakfast tea to go with my clam chowder soup. On returning to my seat, i realised there was no milk accompanying the pot of hot water. When i asked for some milk, i was told the cafe does not have any milk on site. Furthermore, staff informed me that it is part of standard operation procedures (SOP) not to include milk for my pot of tea. My meal accompanied by tea with milk would have delighted my day. I suggest that management would reconsider its SOP to offer an option of milk with a pot of milk. Thank you.

The food is nice and well presented but I have visited Orchard Road venue twice and both times found the staff quite rude and unhelpful. Dont ask for a glass of tap water, you're an idiot, it simply can't be done...

Easy to navigate ordering system but you would have to know what you want so that you can order seamlessly. Came by to this soup spoon for a quick lunch. Ordering was easy except that if you are a ‘newbie’ to their soups, you will be left wondering which soup is a soup of your choice. Descriptions of the soups are sufficient on the ordering system. I ordered a set with a salad. Waiting time was ok, around 10mins and you would have to look out for the number flashing out on the small tv screen at a corner of the seating area. The staff would also call out your number, so do listen out for it. I was delighted with the portion of both the soup and salad. I was half expecting small bits of Toufu on my salad, but it was really big chunks of Toufu, probably one square piece of Toufu in all? My chicken ragout soup was as usual a delight to drink, with big chunks of chicken inside. I have been drinking this soup ever since it was first launched and this is my favorite soup of all that soup spoon offers. I will definitely revisit this branch again.

Ordered the Beef goulash soup today for $9. The soup is far too salty and has only 5 small chunks of beef inside. It was no where as good as the beef goulash I had at a petrol station in Germany (4 to 5€). The soup is saltier than any canned soup I ever drank, thus difficult to finish without water. I could taste the salt in my mouth after drinking it, and had a slight headache. Please use less salt and put more beef in the future. The only great thing about this kiosk in Paragon is that the tables and chairs were clean.

The male staff is very kind and patient towards to one of the diners whose drink in a paper cup toppled over the table. He gave her a new serving of drink and cleaned up the mess promptly. Kudos to his attitude especially during lunchtime busy.

Food: (+) Good quality control across all the branches I've tried. The same taste I love. Atmosphere: (+) Cozy ambience (-) every time I come, I have to search through the utensils rack for a fork and a spoon that doesn't have solid food remnants stuck to them. Service: This is not a complaint and more of a feedback to the management - I believe the staff is overworked, contributing to the subpar service. (-) Once, the self-service kiosk was not working and I informed the staff. However, the staff appeared to ignore me—a recurring pattern observed among the employees, possibly due to their overwhelming workload. (-) When seeking a sample of soup before ordering, gaining the staff's attention is challenging. Even upon success, extended waiting times lead me to order without trying the new soup. (-) Today, a staff member informed me that the sample would be served with my food, defeating the purpose of sampling after selecting my soup.

Disappointed. The beef goulash wasn’t what it was before. There were less than 5 pieces of meat…and they were tough beef. Sigh. Is this what the new norm of hyper inflation mean 😫

Love this place!! Delighted with the pura visa bowl. So fresh and flavorful! Easy to order from kiosk. Made fresh and fast. Will be back!
