The food took about 15 minutes to be ready, even though it didn't require any cooking. When I noticed there wasn't a napkin on my tray, I asked for one. The staff responded with an attitude that made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. I've been a long-time customer of Soup Spoon, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service. I understand that everyone can have a stressful or busy day as I work in the service industry myself but this level of service is simply unacceptable. I also noticed that responses to previous negative reviews often mention that the issue will be looked into. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it doesn't seem that any meaningful improvements have been made, as the same problems are still happening. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this outlet.

The soups are incredibly hearty, flavorful, and feel like a warm hug in a bowl. You can really taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was also top-notch—friendly and efficient. Definitely a 5-star experience and a go-to spot for healthy comfort food in Pagagon. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a meal that is both nutritious and deeply satisfying, this is it. The Soup Spoon delivers authentic Singapore quality with every portion. The broth is rich without being heavy, and the ingredients are super fresh. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a clean, wholesome, yet delicious meal. The presentation and customer service were flawless. 5 stars all the way!

Everything from the taste to the service was exceptional. The soups are packed with flavor, nutrients, and generous portions. It’s the perfect comfort food for both adults and kids who love a clean, hearty meal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Will definitely order again and introduce it to my friends!

Ordered March SouperChef Set Meal which consists of a March Soondubu Doenjang Jjigae, a signature 3 pieces Drumlets with Korean Sauce , and one home-brewed iced jasmine Green tea. The drumlet sauce tasted odd ; not recommended. Soondubu Doenjang Jjigae was alright. Should probably have stuck to my usuals.
