Staff attitude was quite disappointing. I ordered takeaway at the outlet at 11.47am today. Took me 20 min of waiting for me to start asking staff to check on my order and request was ignored by the older lady at the counter. Later I heard her explain to another customer that she handles the eat in orders (in English so language was not a barrier). There was another customer who also had same problem and advised me to directly ask another staff about my order. When I did, he had to search for my order slip under another one so it seems that it would have taken much, much longer if I did not chase. No word of apology for long wait, of course. Issue is not just long waiting time as I appreciate that there were many food delivery orders but actually also the dismissive attitude displayed.

Rainy weekend, decided to try delivery from this outlet for the 1st time. Food arrived in about 45 minutes, which is quite reasonable given the weather. Everything was nicely packed & still warm when it reached — no spills, packaging was neat & secure. A smooth & reliable delivery experience. Simple, fuss-free & comforting for a rainy day 👍

This outlet has become my go-to lunch spot. Siti and her team are always warm, friendly, and on the ball. Service is fast, the food is consistently good, and they make every visit feel easy and pleasant. Really appreciate the effort they put in each day.

Today, I used shopee daily dining voucher here (Soup spoon Metropolis) during lunch time but due to some technical glitch, i can't redeem it via their self ordering kiosk. Approached the staff (Siti) and she helped me to settle the problem and even offered free ice lemon tea so that i can drink while waiting their tecnical issue solved. Thank you very much for your service and action. Sg60 laksa chicken soup is delicious. I will come back again.

Loved the meal! In conjunction with their store anniversary, they have also launched 50% off on the second soup so I found the meal pretty worth it - 2 regular soups with 2 breads for $12.80! Will visit again :) Pretty quick and fast service as well when I went on Friday at dinner time (6pm) Just felt that the roasted pumpkin soup can have a bit more flavour - whether it’s savoury or sweet as I expected something closer to butternut squash soup’s flavour notes
