Super tasty pulled beef sandwich, clam chowder nice as always, hibiscus iced tea tasty but not too sweet. salad portion is a little small for $14. decided to leave a review as there were so many bad reviews but actually we had a good experience (:

It's been some time since i visited Soup Spoon. Disappointed with its Pumpkin soup as compared to 3 years ago, I think they have changed the recipe. It tastes nothing near of a pumpkin. The Tomato Basil soup is not bad. There is a corner seat with its view block by the pillar. If you want privacy, it's good. Otherwise, not recommended as you can't see the counter, and you will need to keep walking over and check when your food is ready for collection.

Totally disappointed with your branch at Jurong Point. Submitted an order 3 hours in advance for Mother's Day celebration via Foodpanda at 1558hr to deliver at 1900hr. Soup Spoon Jurong Point cancelled my order at 1900hr!!!! They could have called to inform some items were out of stock and to replace or partial deliver rather than cancel the whole order and left us without any food for Mother's Day dinner!!!! My parents are over 70++ and had to wait in hunger while we submit another order to another restaurant. By then, it was already peak hour for dinner, and the wait was an hour long!! Totally unacceptable!

Ordered Meatless Minestrone and it's really nice, feels like home. Love the sugarfree Jasmine Green Tea. Hot steamed broccoli with spices also nice. Freshly baked sourdough bun. Friendly staff. Would come again.

I really love how it is situated in the middle of the walkway. It is an open space dine-in environment, and I am okay with it because the vibe is different! It reminds me of America's style. Oh, the menu is a must to try. It is a healthy dish! The staff is friendly too!

Wow, the standard for soup spoon has rly gone down the drain. Tomato soup now has absolutely no tomato taste, just spicy. Chicken fusilli salad was disgusting, not sure whether it’s mayo that they used but it’s jelat after just a few mouths. Food is exceptionally salty and couldn’t finish both the salad and soup. Just disgusting.

Damage for 2 - around $30 for buddy meal. Haven’t had Soup Spoon for many years and this meal was refreshing for me. Buddy meal included 1 salad bowl, 1 sandwich, 1 soup and 2 drinks. Staff was accommodative to give us side plate and bowl for sharing. Good experience overall.

Having the time to explore more food options lately, I’m glad to say this shop is consistent with it’s food and service. I’ve patronised 4 times in the last month, the taste and portion has always been consistent. I would suggest not to miss out on the Salad Bar adjunct to the Soup Spoon. The Nourish Bowls are tasty enough, and the ratio of ingredients is just perfect! I asked them to reheat it slightly and they politely obliged even during peak hours. I had the Harvest Bowl and Cleo’s Bowl. This will definitely become a staple of mine and a date option.

Have eaten and bought from here multiple times. The staff seem quite friendly and the food is ok although the soup seems to have gotten a little saltier. The dining atmosphere is good but I would like to feedback that there are many flies in the restaurant recently.

In my opinion, this is one of the better Soup Spoon Outlet.I was surprised the food bowl are very delicious and exceeded my expectations. Sure it's on the high side of pricing considering it's at the Boon Lay area, but for this level of food I'm impressed. Definitely doesn't deserve the low star review.

Ordered regular size soup + sandwich set x 2 Honestly speaking, the set can be shared within 2 persons for small eaters since the serving is quite huge as there are 2 breads + 1 bowl of soup 😂😂 I ordered both sets of Teriyaki Chicken sandwiches which are juicy and not too dry. Veggies are fresh. Would prefer to have more sauce on the sandwich. Mushroom soup have to pay additional $2.50 for it 😐 Drinks ordered lemon tea and hibiscus tea (more like hawthorn juice) Both are not sweet at first sip but afterwards realized the sweetness syrup is the bottom of the cup... So I would prefer to stir the drink first before drinking. Service is kinda slow... Have to wait for around 15 mins to prepare so have to work on the serving side.

Small area n happy that west side has this where sometimes u just dun feel like having heavy meals, this will a great choice.
