Good ingredients makes for good food. Soups are hot / warm. Flatbreads are surprisingly appetizing. Unlike others, my wait time wasn't long. Would prefer if the prices were lower though because it's not like this is a full service restaurant.

Vegetarian food availability: 4 stars Only some items on the menu is vegetarian the rest are mostly meat. Delicious and hot soups. The soups they serve over here is delicious. It is boiling hot and is perfect for a scrumptious meal. They have add ones such as flat breads as well as sandwiches. They compliment your food very well. The vegetable set is bit bland though. The staff are friendly and their service is efficient. However, there is a long queue for food and people sit there talking even when someone is waiting in the line. Overall, good food and place.

nice ambience at their hillion mall outlet, great deal with the soup spoon anniversary promo. we were the first customers dining in at 11am, store’s opening. everything was great, except for the miso noodles which needed improvement taste-wise. there were also free samples for their new soups, which was a nice touch. we were very full from this.

ordered 3 tomato soups and got 3 different soups instead. another time, I found a green rubber band inside my saigon bowl. I tried contacting customer service + submitting feedback through their website, but no one picked up. very disappointing

The place was packed in the evening as usual, but still managed to get a seat. Ordered their freedom bowl where you can choose your own greens and toppings. This bowl of super green is super healthy with broccoli, kale, edamame and their rosemary chicken filet. Most people will order their soup, which I sometimes feel not worth compare to their salad options, though it's on a pricey side.

Saw some half eaten soup bowls leftovers on the tables Also saw people finishing up the food Review as follows Boston Clam Chowder soup 1.5/5 Herb Chicken Breast with Mushroom Flatbread 3.5/5 Home brew iced lemon tea 3/5 No 10% service charge but still got 8% gst.

Expensive meal , not worth it. $12.70 for a small bowl of soup with little piece of meat, the rest all veg. + 1 drink + 1 bowl of microwaved broccoli + 1 small bread.

Wonderful meal, great deal with chicken breast set at only $8.90! My friend loved the sourdough bread bowl too. Yummy. We came before noon, it was a pleasant dining here.

Food is always a good option here but that might simply be a result of a lack of affordable western soups in Singapore. Service is improving with the in-app ordering but that is only if the app works (had lots of problems on previous occasions). But this outlet is great also because it is in a less populated area of the mall, meaning it is quieter and good for nice chats in a more comfortable environment.

Ordered a minestrone soup. Took around 2 mins for the staff to attend me. A little hot when sitting down . Food came faster than expected. Food was good and service was better. Love this place ♡♡

one of the staff here went the extra mile to help a customer with the food tray! A customer was collecting two meal trays but she could only carry one at a time, the staff went ahead to help collect the second tray and delivered to the customer’s table! he even provided the utensils with tissue on the table. good service and attitude :)

Messed up my $60+ dollar order over. Delivered wrong food. Refused to fix their mistake. Been waiting for 1+ hour only to find out it’s wrong food delivered. They ask me to just refund from Grab when they messed it up and refused to fix their mistake. Make the rider go back and forth between us and the store. Added image as proof. Even the wrong food taste bad.
