Visited Soup Spoon at Hillion Mall and went for a meatless option. Overall the food was decent — most ingredients tasted fresh, which was a nice touch. However, the chickpeas let it down a bit, coming across slightly stale rather than the hearty texture you’d expect. One small gripe: the tofu was served a little too warm for my liking alongside the glass noodles — a cooler temperature would have made for a more balanced bowl. On the bright side, service was quick and the staff were friendly, which always makes the experience more pleasant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nourishing, Heartwarming Bowls That Hit the Spot! I've been a regular at Soup at Hillion Mall, and it never disappoints. Here's why this place deserves every star: The Soup — The broths are incredibly rich, clear, and packed with depth. Whether you go for the classic Double-Boiled Herbal Chicken Soup or the Pork Ribs with Lotus Root, you can taste the hours of slow-cooking in every spoonful. The ingredients are generous, fresh, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Healthy & Comforting — This isn't your average soup. It feels genuinely nourishing—perfect for a rainy day, when you're under the weather, or just craving something wholesome. The herbal notes are well-balanced, never too bitter or overpowering. Value for Money — Portions are hearty and satisfying. You get a full meal's worth of protein, vegetables, and that soul-warming broth at a very fair price for the quality. Quick & Convenient — Located right in Hillion Mall, it's super accessible. Service is fast and friendly, making it ideal for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner after shopping. Clean & Cozy Ambiance — The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you want for a comforting soup experience. Verdict: If you're in Bukit Panjang and looking for authentic, nourishing Chinese soup that feels like a warm hug, this is the spot. Highly recommended! 🍲

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Breast from the Hillion Mall Soup Spoon branch and it was really great. It has always been my favourite as the chicken is grilled perfectly and the spinach and fries are great too. I must say the fries are one of my favourites compared to other places. Crispy and served hot always. The Staff members are always nice and polite to customers and always willing to help, thank you.

Super underrated place for tasty salad bowls in Bukit Panjang. $11-18 for a nice big portion with good amount of protein. 👍🏻 staff are very nice n friendly. The only problem is the lack of aircon. Please fix it😅

Needed some clean food… this was not too bad as it’s the $8.90 special and morning than just soup. A decent amount of chicken breast and truffle pasta. Good for the quick dinner… Not shown is a cuppa ice lemon tea which was a great refreshing gulp down 😅
