Very very busy outlet. But I ordered via their SS app so I did not have to wait. Order was packed very nicely in an insulated bag. Soup tastes the same every outlet - my fav is chicken ragout.

Ordered the French onion soup for take away. The overly toasted bread is unacceptable.

Visited the outlet to redeem my voucher. The apps showed that the voucher could be redeemed. Ask the outlet staff and was told can proceed at the payment page. But when I went there, it charge my credit card directly. The apps itself has a special set up item for this voucher redemption. I wrote in to customer service who promised to refund me for the amount charged to my credit card within 5 working days. Near to the expiry date of the voucher, suddenly told me to try redeem.the voucher. Purposely dragged the response time and then nearer to voucher expiry date asked me to use the voucher? Does it make sense? First pretending to missed my reply then said screenshot cannot be opened. Finally agreed to refund but nearer to due date, ask me go redeem the voucher. See email correspondences. Serious poor integrity issue! Do not patronise and support business with integrity issue even if food is ok (not fantastic anyway).
