Prancing around Woodleigh Mall seeking dinner of the day, discovered Soup Spoon Union restaurant that serves up a familiar but tasty nonetheless soup feast. The usual favourites such as clam chowder are still there, but they added new flavours as well. New flavours are available as tasters for free when ordering, but the portion is really cute haha. We had Clam chowder and Mushroom and Chicken SG soups. Both were good, the sides are well prepared as well. If you are looking for a healthier food choice when in Woodleigh, you can’t go too wrong with Soup Spoon. Special mention to the interior decor which is obviously pandering to the female crowd, but still pleasing to the eyes.

Had the messy joe burger. Very tasty indeed! The Chicken thigh was very juicy as well. Enjoyed the food!

Love the consistency of their soup, and so happy to have an outlet opened here at woodleigh mall. This outlet is very well designed and I really like the ambience here

Went to the mall for lunch and decided to try soup spoon for the first time as it was quite empty compared to other store. Made an order for a beef burger and waited for my number to be shown on the screen. Waited 10 min and went to the counter when my number was shown. The staff then told me they ran out of beef and requested me to change. Why didnt they inform me earlier when I first made the order? Ended up waited for nth and they did not even bother to start preparing anything. Was told they will now start to prepare and to go back to my seat to wait for my number to be called when ready. After another 15 min, my number was still not called and i went to the counter to ask whether my food is ready. Only then i realised they totally forgot my order and the staff told me will start preparing immediately. End up wasted almost 30 min waiting for my food when the shop was not even crowded. Very poor operations and the food was honestly not worth the price paid. I guess this shop was empty for a reason and will be my last time eating at soup spoon.

Send HQ a feedback on their website and have not heard from them yet. See when they will reply. Ran out of forks, tray return area is jammed.

I wanted to share my recent experience with your restaurant's takeaway service. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the service I received. The takeaway order I placed took an exceptionally long time to be ready, and when I tried to check on the order's status with your staff, I received a rather harsh response. Furthermore, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that the chicken I had ordered was served cold, and there were no cutlery provided to enjoy the meal properly. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and regrettably, I have decided that I will not be visiting your restaurant again. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards improving your takeaway service in the future.

First time dining here in this branch. Ordering was made easy with the self help kiosk. Preparing was fast and the food was ready after 5 mins. The beef stew soup was nice and will come back for more soon.

Bhutan beef stew w radish at woodleigh mall is a light lunch. The bun very nice. Crispy outside inside soft n chewy as they heat up.

Snail speed for food. Skipped my turns a few rounds bcos they couldn't cook chicken thigh properly...was still raw on underside despite waited for 20 mins...won't visit again. Ought to do better to woo your customers when it's a new outlet.

Food delivered hot and fresh, and correct items. Packed securely too and accommodating for people who may be having the meal outside of home (eg office)

The restaurant is running couple of specials currently of which I thought is value for money. The $8.90 TGK special is a steal which comes with Grilled Chicken, Truffle Pasta and Ice Lemon Tea. The meat is tender and truffle pasta was flavorful. The $6.90 Sourdough Cake comes with a cake and a drink. I topped up $1 for a mocha. Ordered the carrot walnut cake which is not too sweet and the mocha was smooth. The Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff Bread Bowl Set is our all time favourite. Cost $13.90 after topped up.

15feb'24 21:19 i ordered a dine in soup set meal at woodleigh mall soup spoon, ran off to the toilet fully expecting for my soup to be ready to serve before im even back since it was so empty. but when i arrived, i only saw my salad and drink on the tray. turns out the 2 girls serving the food had waited for me to come back before scooping the soup out, just so I'll be sure to get a hot meal when im back. their effort is definitely seen and appreciated by me! I'm very impressed 👍🏼

I ordered a take away and spent 25 minutes waiting for it. It was around 6:30 PM, but the restaurant only had two or three tables occupied. I understand that there were a lot of delivery orders, but the staff seemed severely understaffed. I think it’s just ridiculous to spend 20 minutes waiting for an order that is just soup that to be scooped out. I will think twice about ordering from here again. Or at least until the situation improves with their ability to deliver food on time.

It’s been several years since I’ve rated at Soup Spoon. We were pleasantly surprised how the menu has improved and the taste is so much better. The soup was as expected hearty and flavorful. What was surprising was the salad and the burrito bowl. They burrito bowl reminded me of Chipotle in US, which is one of my favorite fast foods. The burrito bowl here is also good, refreshing and bit on the sour side with fresh salsa. I would definitely come here for that if I’m craving Chipotle. The the next surprise was the salad with the kimchi. Very nice. So looking forward to a healthier meal?, this is a good option!

Had a good experience at this outlet. Lady staff was nice and polite, food was good. Had my usual Tokyo stew. Especially love their Mushroom chicken herb wrap and pulled beef with cheese sandwich. Sad that the branch doesn't offer burgers though.
