I had difficulty paying for my à la carte meal at the kiosk, but the service staff member was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She took my order manually and kindly allowed me to enjoy my meal before payment, despite this being outside the usual process. There was also a small mix-up with my side dish, but she went the extra mile by arranging for the correct side while reassuring me to enjoy the original one as well. Her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service truly made my lunch enjoyable. I only wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally. Kudos to her!

We're regulars here and absolutely love the food - it's simple yet full of flavor. Jamie's warm smile always makes us feel welcome, and the staff are efficient and great at their jobs.

Great meal at The Soup Spoon Union in Woodleigh Mall. The food was fresh, tasty, and comforting, and the service was smooth and friendly. The atmosphere was also pleasant and relaxing, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. Highly recommend the grilled chicken, it was really good and definitely worth trying.

I was only thinking of just eating the chicken set today but seeing that others are drinking the soup. I got tempted too! So I got a two small soup set. I’ve been drinking soup spoon for the longest time, I’m glad they have this option for a variety :)

Came over to soup spoon @ woodleigh mall for a weekday lunch on 6th of Jan and was very pleasantly surprised by hospitable service by the staff. The female staff behind the counter took the initiative to show me how to scan my member voucher on the order kiosk when there was a glitch on the app. Furthermore, she addressed me by name after noticing it from my membership, giving it a really nice personal touch! 🤩 Noticed the same level of friendliness shown to other customers that came after me too. Food tasted fresh, healthy and served piping hot Thank you for the warm service Will definitely be back to this outlet! Keep up the great work! ✨🙏🏻
