came to visit this place on Monday 23 January 2023 around 07.00 WIB, the flavors offered in my opinion are the same as those offered by other branches because this is McDonald's, everyone's favorite restaurant. If you visit in the morning, only the indoor area on the 1st floor is open and the outdoor area is open. Service could be better, although I may have been a bit of troublesome by borrowing 2 babychairs for my child, but one of the staff on duty (female) informed me that only 1 chair is available. Which is quite strange for a restaurant the size of McDonalds and when I came there were no other guests using baby chairs. The staff (female) informed me that there was only 1 highchair available and nothing else. Finally I got a 2nd baby chair after asking another staff (male). until I left, the staff (female) just avoided and although the manager later met and apologized, the staff should be responsible.

Big and most complete menu in Surabaya. Try to find blueberry mc. Freeze from some branch . Find in this branch. Drive thru is good, have two line.

The atmosphere is not much different like McD in Malaysia. please come here. There are air-conditioned seats available and you can also hang out outside while relaxing.

This place located in downtown, near Tunjungan Plaza (the most favourite mall in Surabaya). Thats why a lot of people like to go and hang out in here. Its so full and crowded when weekend or promo discount. Automativally rather difficult to get parking when busy time. There is small playground for children and little space to held bday party.

Its really a great spot if you want to relax after a long day of walking around Tunjungan Plaza. Their service is really fast even if its packed in there and ordering is easier since you can use a little screen to order stuff yourself aswell pay there.

Best Mcd in Surabaya I think, good service, fast, kind employee, taste good, clean place, clean restroom I just try the new menu, it taste pretty good Sweet spicy sauce, crispy chicken, fluffy egg, and warm rice, with a mango frappe Wich I think a little bit to sweet And if you use GoPay at 27-28 November 2018 you'll get 50% cashback

Mcdonalds at mid town. Open for 24 hours. Have unique exterior like big guitar in the outside. Very crowded mcd. You can drive thru. Cimfortable for chit chat with friend if you don't mind the crowded. Mcdonalds basuki rahmad have menus as same as others mcdonalds. They open 24hours. Oh ya, there mc cafe inside. So you can order something hot beverage or cake. I ever come to mcdonalds basuki rahmad on weekend but the park for motor are full. Please make sure for crowded condition, because you will not get table or must antre and wait to get the table.

It is a 10min walk from Sheraton Surabaya. Very easy and chill if you walk at night. Along the way, the road is brightly lite. The choice of Mac in Surabaya is rather similar to that in Singapore. Except the price is almost 60% cheaper! The setting is rather silly. Ppl are smoking right outside and surround the restaurant.
