Been to this outlet twice. Swensen's has been around for 20 over years and many fond memories were made across different outlets. Food is still a safe choice and delicious. Portions are just right. Especially love the crispy cornflake chicken! Servers, especially the short hair lady manager was really cheerful and friendly.

It's been a long time since I came to Swensen's. And this visit made sure that I didn't want to come back again. The food quality was quite bad. Everything was so salty. I ordered the breaded mushroom soup and salmon baked rice, hoping I can share some rice and salmon with my 1yr old daughter. But the salmon was very thin and was way too salty, it tasted more like smoked salmon. And there were not much ingredients in it. Just some very tiny pieces of scrambled egg and mushroom, you almost don't really see them. Totally not worth the price paid for. The mushroom soup was also way too salty, also not worth paying ten over dollars for :( Maybe they are just more specialised in their ice creams and cakes.

Deep Fried Mushroom Mac 'n' Cheese Crawfish Spaghetti Banana Crumble with Ice Cream The Rock Sundae Decent food. First time here and I wasn't expecting much. I'd say Mac 'n' Cheese was the highlight. It's creamy and cheesy and yet it doesn't feels jelak. It was my favourite. As for Crawfish Spaghetti, nothing special. It wasn't bad but wasn't really good either. Crabstick was kinda random and out of place though. Deep Fried Mushroom was dry but taste wise it's acceptable. Banana Crumble with Ice Cream was another one of my favourite! Thoroughly enjoyed the combination of hot and cold. I don't particularly like apple crumble so having an option to choose banana was a +1. The Rock Sundae is okay, enjoyed it too. Would love to come back and try the other food and ice cream. Service was prompt too. Food also came quite fast.

Delicious, huge portions, very fast serving, awesome menu with good quality pictures- yum-yum! 6 angry/hungry people had come to the restaurant and went out full and happy! Chowder in a bread exactly as I tried in San Francisco! Meet and fish are also 5 ⭐️ cool that we could choose any garnish to the dish! Thank you! Hope, you will open a restaurant at Vivo city soon 🤞

I would like to comment on the apple crumble… It seems that they have changed their recipe and serving style. It used to come in a bed of syrup, submerging the apples so the apples could be softened. Came here recently and the syrup that they poured was so little, it wasn’t even enough to cover the apples. This made the entire dessert taste really dry. I would recommend that they stick to their old way of serving this dessert please.

A great family restaurant with friendly staffs. Foods are decent, but you come here to unite the tastebuds of family members, some want rice meals, another want pizza, or the boys want fish or meat. This a place where those differences can sit in one table and end the dinner with a nice sweet dessert. They offer vegetarian or plant based menu as well, make sure you check with them on the spot about allium or milk discretionary.

Ambience was alright and I like that it is kids-friendly. Waiting time for food was acceptable . As for the taste, it was alright, like probably a 6/10. Not that worth for the price you pay after service charge and GST. But for the sake of finding a place that isn't too squeezy, it is still a good place to go with kids.

Really good food! Service was fast and food was warm and delicious! My kid loved the robots serving, it was a good experiment, we ordered cheese burger it was extremely juicy and delicious bun was super soft.. coleslaw was also very fresh and delicious we ordered chicken tenders for my kid it was very fresh crispy and delicious. Food was a solid 3.7/5 and service was 4/5 really nice.

For the time it’s been around, it’s always nostalgic to step into Swensen’s. The black pepper seafood pasta is a unique favourite, burgers and fries are pretty good. Dessert is what makes the meal here. Their selection of flavours and classic combinations for ice cream (banana split, Coit tower, sticky chewy chocolate) ends your experience on a sweet note.

Food is not bad. However service is unusually slow. Similar to other swensen outlets, this outlet was very understaffed too. It was hard to get server attention and it makes it worse when the member redemption (the member drink) requires you to go through a server. Food took 20 mins. Dessert (jus 1 mooncake lol) took another 25 mins to come, with a reminder given in between. Not sure whats so difficult with it. Mamagement needs to make sure outlets are at the very least adequately staffed during peak hours.

Very noisy. Food were always cold especially the steaks. Mac n cheese were hard n cold. Fish n chips were refried hard n overcooked. Always no assistance. Have to wait quite long for some request like sauces and water. Water was not cold .. no ice.. rice in the baked rice were hard. Went 3 times the same experience. Not worth the price!

The last time I tried was before Covid. The standard seems to have dropped. The chicken was tender but a bit salty and the portion was small. The salmon was overcooked and hard to eat and the portion was small too. Overall, based on how much we paid, the meal was not quite worth it.

Very crowded during weekend lunch time. Staff seems very busy and a bit hard to ask them for promotion details. Was celebrating daughter's birthday and was able to redeem a free banana split worth $13.80.

The place is big and spacious. The waiting time for food was reasonable and not too long. Portion of food is just nice for us. Sign up for membership and get free banana split ice cream (for bill above $60). The latest nugget ice cream for very delicious and my kids enjoyed. We added $4.90 to main course to get set of drink with sides. Overall the staff Aaron was friendly and he assisted us promptly. Overall good experience. And got nice view beside window.

I recently tried Swensen's new Ultra Classic Burger priced at $17.90, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The keyword here is "small." This burger isn't as fascinating as I had hoped, and it's even worse than their regular Mega Burger. I felt cheated because the double beef patty ended up being smaller than a single patty from the Mega Burger. It felt like a cheap attempt at something new. The only saving grace was the fries, and I had to order the fried wings to feel full. Normally, one Mega Burger would leave me satisfied, but this new creation felt like a mere marketing gimmick. I won't be ordering it again.

The last time I visited swensens was about 30 years ago. The sticky chewy chocolate is as memorable as before and it sure hits the spot. Prices remain reasonable as well. I hope to try the food next time.

During my recent visit to Swensens, I had some concerns that I would like to share. While I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to introduce advanced robotics and reduce manpower, there were some areas where the execution could be improved. For instance, despite the availability of several empty seats, customers were asked to queue up for seating. Additionally, the food served was not as hot as I expected. Although the exterior appeared nicely cooked, the interior was cold which gave the impression that it wasn't cooked properly. Regarding the food quality, I noticed that even the waffle-cut fries were a bit soggy. When I asked about the soup of the day, the response took longer than expected, which made me a bit impatient. In the end, I ordered the seafood soup without realizing it was the soup of the day, which I had to discard without even taking a bite. I believe that Swensens has a great potential to improve its service by paying attention to these details. Overall, I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to innovate with technology, but I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Service is good! Food is decent. Big portion so can share to those who is not big eater. Dessert was so-so. Chocolate ice-cream has only faint taste of choc, as a Chocolate lover, was a bit disappointed.

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent dining experience at Swensen's in Tampines Mall. The innovative use of a robot waiter to deliver food to customers was both entertaining and efficient. It added a unique touch to the dining experience! As for the food, I tried the Cornflake Chicken, Topless 5, and Arrabbiata Pasta. The Cornflake Chicken was crispy and flavourful, offering a delightful crunch with every bite. There is a large range of ice-cream choices to choose for my Topless 5 , and the Arrabbiata Pasta had just the right amount of spice, making it a perfect choice for pasta lovers. Overall, the combination of great food and exceptional service, enhanced by the use of technology, made my visit to Swensen's truly memorable. I highly recommend trying out this branch for a delightful dining experience!
