Good old days having this ice cream in Jakarta. Still have good taste. There's only one complaint, serving time. It's not crowded, maybe only 50% of the seating capacity. But, I need to wait 35 minutes just for a plate of pasta.

We ordered sirloin steak, salmon and fish &chips. Food were generally good and servjce was ok. The only one thing that could be better is to changed out that yellow-tinted mash potato that was served with the sirloin and tuna. Dry, yellow and looked very artificial and overly processed. There is also no gravy which is fine if the potato tasted great on its own. Taste for that potato is 3/10 for me. I tried but just couldnt continue to eat. Overall experience is generally good for the restaurant at GPO.

Service was way below standard. To be fair, they were short staffed. Food taste abit different from the other outlets. By the my Banana split came it was half melted already.

Asked to make sure baked rice are using ovan, not microwave ovan. okay. nice. Still like this oldie western ice cream /western restaurant of which since 1979 in Singapore. Reminds me the banana split that i used to ordered. I like they served the water without i need to tell them nor i need to pay for it. Nowadays, sad to say many not do that. Is this representing the service quality too?

Still the very nice ice cream they serve... only thing is the grill steak was not serve in a hot plate then a normal plate will cause the steak to turn cold easy otherwise the experience will be great... still have to thanks them for the hard work they put in... cheers

Crispy Cornflake Chicken Swensen's @ SingPost Centre 📍 10 Eunos Rd 8, #02-136/137 SingPost Centre, Singapore 408600 🍜 Food wise: Tasted exactly like the one at Junction 8, the chicken was served hot, crispy, and juicy! It is like their “wouldn’t fail” dish, standards are the same everywhere! The fries here were nicely fried too, taste and texture very close to the fries served by Longjohn Silver, love it! Lastly, the coleslaw, love the two pieces of pineapples to give the coleslaw that fresh taste. ✨ Ambience wise: Great! 🤵🏻 Service wise: Had a few rounds of mixed up on the food order, however, the staff was prompt and apologetic all the way, it was for a big group after all. So service was great! 💵 Price wise: $17.90

My goodness, where do I start? This outlet is severely understaffed and definitely not kid friendly. It was challenging getting plastic / unbreakable bowls and cutleries for my young child. Food was as expected at that price point. Very busy outlet, full house for a late lunch on a Sunday.

All around not bad, a solid 4. We didn't necessarily have a bad experience that others mention in recent reviews. The food was surprisingly good, food was ready surprisingly quickly despite it being quite busy during our visit. Only felt like they are understaffed, a bit difficult to get attention to the table and they were a bit forgetful in getting all of the dishes served together...

The impossible burger was good. It's busy lunch time so can't expect too much from the crew. Good food nice ambience for lunch.

Had the Salmon with fries. The salmon is overcooked and the fries are cooked and left there for long. The pesto sauce taste very normal. Choose the garden salad, but it’s very small portion and really not worth the price. Latte is normal, taste like those directly from the coffee machine.

We ordered a number of items but did not take pictures. Pasta, baked rice. Iced milo. Banana split, sundaes, coffee, tea, grilled chicken. Being a member of Swenson is good. You get free ice cream on your birthday month but you need to order main course. There are free drinks too. You can download the app to check it out. 2 of the waiter and waitress were quite polite and helpful too😃😃😃😃😃

Sure enough, the dishes are cold, neither the burger nor the meatballs are hot, and the Patty in the impossible burger looks undercooked. When I told the stuff, she didn't apologize, just microwaved it and brought it back. I had always liked swensen’s food, but this was a biggg disappointment

they changed the bread bowl’s bread. It’s sour dough now, break is crunchy and taste really good on its own as well. This was one of my fav item until they changed it to some lousy bread. Now after 10 years of not eating it, gave it another chance today and now I’m looking forward to my next visit to Swensen’s again!

Nothing much to complain about with regards to the food, it's quite standard but the portion is huge. Went in a group of 10 but one of our orders was missed and had to wait for almost 20mins in addition after most of the others' food have arrived.

As a family, we love going to Swensens, with at least 1 visit whenever we are visiting Singapore. The food is always very good, the prices are quite reasonable by Singapore standards for what you get and the service is always outstanding, with this store being no different. The ordering via the tablet at your table is a bit painful as it was a bit laggy and I didn't know if the order had gone through after I pressed the button but it worked out in the end. The worst thing about this store are the metal chairs with wooden seats. They are the most uncomfortable chairs I have sat on. It was hard to enjoy my meal as I was in pain sitting on these chairs. I know you don't want people hanging around forever but it just made me not want to come back at all. Other than that, our experience was great and they even accommodated my wife changing the sauce on her meal. Of course we will return to Swensens again but if I see those chairs, we might head to a different one. Swensens is always highly recommended.

The membership system is not user-friendly. Wasted almost 30 min just to register as a new member. The ice-cream we ordered does not taste as good as before. The standard has gone down significantly. Sad. Everything is so, overly super sweet. Remember to flash with plenty of plain water after finish all the desserts.

Been to Swenson's Singpost many times, most of the time was for lunch. Today, we had our dinner here. The food was good as always. Fish and chips is the "Must-order". Carbonara is good too. But what I really want is to commend all the service staffs for their great service, despite the busy dinner hours. And a big shout out to Mr Kari for his exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive and patient in explaining the offers available to Swenson's member which we really appreciate. Thank you and great work!

Had my favorite corn Chip Chicken and carbonara spaghetti with colt Tower ice cream. Spaghetti is really good but the corn Chip Chicken the french fries portion seems a bit little compared to usual.
