We ordered 3 types of boneless wings (BBQ, Garlic, Louisiana Rub), 2 types of fries (Curly and Cajun), 1 onion ring and 1 Mushroom. The boneless wings were juicy, and we liked the Louisiana Rub best. The fries were above average, and the mushroom was a surprise. Overall, excellent fried stuff but do not recommend eating too often for health reasons.

Items ordered: 6 Piece Classic Wings Combo (flavors: Mango Habanero and Texas Buffalo), ranch dip, Voodoo Fries and Coke Zero. The Voodoo Fries were well seasoned with cheese sauce and ranch. Although the spice level for the Mango Habanero was high, neither of the two flavors were particularly spicy. Being the signature item, the wings were delicious. It took quite almost twenty minutes to prepare the meal. The overall meal was a bit pricey for the amount of food but the food tasted amazing. It is definitely worth trying at least once.

At first we were very disappointed, firstly not being greeted when taking order, then at recieving cold food, from chips to the chicken wings after having to wait 40 minutes. We left, called the outlet to ask for the manager Bugga, who offered to replace our exact meal the following day. Even prioritising our order. I am very thankful to such managers and store owners who take their clientèle serious.

Wingstop open its first branch in Garland, Texas, USA in 1994 and has ballooned to 1500 branches globally till todate while the first branch was opened in Singapore in 2013 at Bedok Mall. Tasty chickens with many flavours to choose from but the seats are too close for comfort.

Food is expectedly delicious as last time. Lemon pepper remains my favourite and the mushrooms is a must to try in here. This is a self-service place where need to clean up after having ur meals, but some are still leaving their leftovers on the table, which is very irresponsible. No one cleaning up the table and we have to clean to get a seat.

Ran out of green tea, Kecap manis chicken was good but the bbq one seems to just be dredged in bbq sauce from the bottle. Decent but definitely on the salty end as expected (fast food)

Great place for my fried chicken wing fix! The flavors are awesome but sometimes a little inconsistent (occasionally under flavored). My favorite sides (coleslaw and onion rings) are occasionally out of stock as well, hopefully the manager and ensure and maintain sufficient stock levels for consumers.

The slowest ever service I have ever experienced this year. Took almost 45 minutes for some chicken. Unbelievable. They were just taking their own time. No sense of urgency. Management has to take a look at this.

The food is good, as good as fried food goes. However, wow is the service slow. There were tables just waiting for food and we were there off peak around 2pm. If there was lots of people and lots of orders I’d understand but it took forever just to see an order being sent out of the window. It was like one order being put out every 5-10 minutes no joke. The second star is for the food. Did the online ordering as they advertised it as skip the queue but waited about 40 minutes before my food arrived still… Pretty yum food but be prepared to wait. And for a looong time.

service is excruciating slow, staff are rude and seem to be working at a leisurely pace without a care in the world despite the huge crowd and amount of orders. staff only mentioned waiting time of 30mins after payment was made and still could ask "are you okay with that?". eventually waited over an hour for food instead. quite dumbfounded at the service provided here, maybe should explore temporarily turning off the delivery services if you are already unable to manage dine-in customers because delivery riders are also standing around waiting for an extended period of time. management needs to looking into staffing more employees here or restructuring the outlet to allow for faster order processing in the kitchen.

I was informed it would take up to an hour for my order to arrive but it thankfully arrived within 30 minutes. I had the lemon pepper & mango habanero (sweet mild spicy) boneless wings, the flavours were good! Their fries were also great! It tasted good with the ranch 🤤 The food was piping hot! Seating is limited tho.

Very disappointed that we had to travel all the way there to realise that we had to wait 90mins to receive our food. And they had so many delivery orders. Already there are so few Wingstop outlets in Sg and this outlet doing this to block away dine-in customers is absurd! Previously, we dined in here and waited 1/2 hr which is still ok, but now 90mins! If you are focusing on your deliveries, just do that, dont bother about the people coming for dine-in. It doesnt make sense for me to come there around 7pm and eat at dinner at 830pm. You can close the outlet and open a cloud kitchen. Ridiculous!

I love Wingstop but be prepared to wait for a very long time (45mins+, especially in peak hours) for your food. Waited 1 hr 10 minutes for my food to arrive, the wings were overcooked and fries were cold. The seating is also very squashed together and the tables not particularly clean. This has happened 3/4 of the times I have gone to this outlet… the layout of the restaurant definitely needs rethinking (so many delivery drivers just waiting in the restaurant whilst everyone is eating) and the service needs to be sped up. I understand the wings are made fresh but waiting for so long for food which turns out to be mid and is ridiculous.

please refer the first picture for menu & total price 23$ food — boneless so it was so easy to eat. the chicken quite saucy so if you didn’t like soggy chicken, better to eat it at the restaurant instead of take away/ delivery. the taste is strong and flavourful. it was ok but i prefer crispy chicken. the chicken all soft and not crispy. the fries is good though service — there were so many people and all table full packed. i went there around 3pm+ on wednesday. no staffs to clean up the table. we wipes the table by ourselves. trays must be sent by yourself. waiting time for food around 12~15mins. atmosphere — packed with students so it was quite noisy. for people that dislike too much group noise, i recommended to visit less busy outlet. it was good but i don’t get the hype that malaysians come to sg only to eat wingstop😅

Ordered delivery and it arrived with my LARGE range spilled all over the packaging. Furthermore, the boneless wings were supposed to be Garlic Parm flavour, however it came unseasoned and cold. This is deeply disappointing. Spent almost 30bucks on this too. So not worth it. Such an unpleasant experience.

It seems from other critical reviews that the main issue is excruciating slow wait time for food even during non-peak hours. Today, my partner and I just experienced that. We made an order for a 6pc wing ala carte for takeaway at around 9:04pm. After almost 20 mins are around 9:25pm did we receive our food. What surprised us was how slow the rate of production was. There were only a few orders ahead of us. Most of the other customers were also waiting impatiently, while an order is called probably once every 3-5 mins. Last but not least, I’m quite disappointed with how my lemon pepper turned out (right of photo). The chicken looks shrivelled and lack much seasoning to be seen. Wingstop’s standards have dropped so much over the years. Not to mention the shrinkflation. I miss the good old days when this was my favorite fast food fried chicken.

Missing items of my 4*pcs of tender. When ask the counter everything in said yes.. so I trust the service. Rush back to fetch my pregnant wife and my kids, back home 4 pcs tenders not in. Being paying $46++ and found out missing item. So to everyone if happen to take out, ensure your food U order all have. Email them but no reply. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. Regret and this will be the first and the last.

It gets really busy at lunch so it’s better to be there at around 11am which is their operating time. We ordered garlic parmesan and Louisiana chicken and it was flavorful. Ordering and payment is fast. Fulfillment of orders may take up to 15 mins or more but we don't mind. The place was cozy but with limited seats.

Had lunch at this outlet for the 1st time. We ordered online and It took quite sometime to receive our order. Sad, we didn't get the right order after waiting so long. Appreciated that it was solved by Mr Vijaya. He attended to us immediately and gave us a replacement. Kudos for the solving skills. Will I come back??? YES but I hope they reduce the sauce ...Too much sauce become Gravy. My honest review.

Oh boy, it was my first time at Wingstop and it was such a disappointing experience. The wings were not fully cooked and were still a bit bloody, which is completely unacceptable. They were also not tasty at all. The other sides were equally unappetising. We did not finish the wings nor the sides. They are just not good. The service was slow, and we waited for an hour before we got our food. Additionally, seats were very limited. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
