@East Point mall. Food was great. But there were too many flies. I had to use a piece of tissue to cover my can drink because they kept landing on it. I was also afraid the flies will fly into my mouth. Minus off 3 stars for hygiene and flies. Plus I'm now having a bit of stomach ache.

It’s our first time having Louisiana Rub and we love it! It’s crispy and light, good for those who prefer wings without sauce. Kecap manis is a surprise I don’t remember it comes with a heap of fried onion, quite yummy but slightly spicy.

Not a great meal. Service was great but the chicken served was under seasoned, stale and borderline disgusting. Not to mentioned the reused oil taste that’s very apparent in the tough chicken. Quinoa rice was soggy and mushy. The sauces were extremely flavorless. Garlic Parmesan tastes bland.

feels like the staff there tend to focus on delivery orders more than dine in and takeaway. there was a couple waiting for their food (for dine in), before i arrived, and they were just waiting so patiently. then i saw this malay lady packing and leaving several delivery orders on the counter, one after the other. i was there for about 15 minutes and they had only gotten their food at the last second before i left. maybe it wasn’t how it looked, maybe the delivery orders came in before the couple ordered but they look like they had been waiting for awhile. anyways, for my experience, don’t bother to go up to the counter to order they will just tell you “scan the qr code to order” then walk away from you. i’m in the hospitality industry and thats definitely not how you speak to customers.

Wings were not too bad, I would rate them 8/10. Beautifully fried and seasoned well, it also came out decently fast. Ordered the $2 top up but couldn’t finish due to feeling too oily and jelak. This shop is located at the basement of EastPoint shopping mall.

Theres so many flies on the tables etc even tho adjacent stores have no flies at all. The rubbish is full. Seems like at most 1 if not 2 of the staff know what theyre doing. The rest r doing sai kang work that dont have to be prioritised. And when thrs a tech issue why cant the rest start cooking (view ur cctv ig). The waiting time was long for no reason. The staff looked so worn out-- either bc theyve been carrying unproductive coworkers or theyre the unproductive worker who dont even know how to serve politely. Also I ordered dine in but got served takeaway. I was so blegh and disgusted by everything i brought the food home which wasnt fresh by then obv.

Okay food, always take a long time to prepare your order. Waited 45mins and if I didn’t confront the staff I wouldn’t have gotten my order. Lady said sorry cause they are busy but what people see is their staff chatting away and taking their own sweet time to prepare the food. I understand if staff is trying their best and working efficiently to get orders out during peak hours and hence a longer wait, but I don’t think it’s an excuse for the employees to work slow because there is a lot of orders. And 45mins is just not acceptable, wing stop is a fast food chain afterall. Dear management team, please send a mystery shopper of some sorts to QC this outlet. Or track your orders to see how long people have to wait from payment to leaving. Or just let us know how many orders are there before us.

Super terrible service staff. Rude and oblivious. Was here queuing with 2 other customers infront of me. The 2 staff, a guy and a lady can’t even be bothered to serve. After queuing for almost 20mins, the lady staff said scan to order. It was only when the 2 customers infront of me was so upset that they are not serving and even check on the Q and left that the lady staff said to scan and order. Staff was unfriendly and can’t even bother to ask what the customers need. Either they are super underpaid or they are super understaffed. Management of Wingstop need to look into this terrible and rediculous experience. Wingstop Simei

I placed my order at 6.17pm for pick up at 7pm through the website order. Went over to the store at 7pm and asked the cashier if my order was ready and he just point at the read orders at the counter and ask me to check. ok fine, i checked and my order was not ready. Had to wait another 20minutes for my order to be ready. So you are telling me if i want to pick up my order at 7pm i should place my order for pick up at 6.40pm in order to collect it at 7pm? And while waiting for my order there were SO MANY FLIES. Wingstop are you not aware of this??? I see so many reviews saying the same thing. You are a dining place, does hygiene not exist? Shouldn’t you be doing something about it like calling pest control?? unbelievable. What is the management doing.

Extremely horrible waiting time for takeout. Unsure if they forgot our order or simply do not prioritise on online orders from Wingstop itself. People who ordered after we arrived from the counter and those who ordered delivery are getting their food and leaving quicker than us. Approached the front staff >3 times with no answer of how long the waiting time would be. Only passed bythe order slip to the back on the FOURTH time we asked about our order. Nor are there updates from Wingstop of how long our order would take. One of the worst outlets of Wingstop. One hour + to collect one meal PLEASE. 😭😭 Ordered at 1836hrs (understandably it is during peak hour), only collected our order at 2000 hrs. Update: asked 2 guys how long they waited for their online order and they said 15-20minutes. Only after standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes, they TOOK OUR ORDER DOWN.

If I could’ve given a 0 star rating I would. I placed a mobile order for a 20pc boneless chicken meal and still was unable to collect it after 1 hour of waiting. I then tried to clarify with the staff why it was taking so long but I wasnt met with a reply when i caught her attention. The female staff at the counter only acted like she didn’t hear me and continued acting like she was busy with ‘something’. Don’t come here.

came in at 1.30pm, only two tables seated including mine, so everything should be served relatively quickly. but instead, waited for more than 20 mins for the food not because they are busy or preparing delivery. i turn back and look at the kitchen to see the cashier and cook talking, looking at their phones for a good 10 mins.
