Ordered my food thru delivery at 11plus am and waited for more than 2 hours and havent reach yet. Poor and disgusting service. My lunch time is over already. Horrible

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for the food to arrive for more than 2 hours despite scheduling the order hours before. Food arrived way after my lunch time. If youre unable to manage orders then cancel the bloody orders earlier.

This is my first ever review of a FnB outlet ever, as a 17 year old, i most definitely have better things in life to do. As expected as the natural theme of reviews. Kitchen prepares orders so slow, Deliveroo has been showing me driver has been waiting for almost 45 minutes, I would be annoyed too. Probably never ordering from this outlet again.

We ordered at 8.50pm through Grab, and the closing time is 10pm. For a whole hour, the status remained “kitchen is preparing order”. The poor delivery person waited there the whole time and tried to keep us updated and informed on the situation but there was only so much to report about a completely incompetent and inefficient restaurant. The delivery person showed us their screen which showed only 4 orders in queue. We still do not know why this happened, or why they cannot be kind enough to communicate with the multiple grab drivers waiting for them. Extremely unprofessional, floptropica, cancelled, major L, don’t bother ordering here… They served neither metaphorically nor physically.

It's unfortunate that despite complaints going back to a few years ago, the delivery situation from this Wingstop branch hasn't improved. Delivery time always substantially goes over the estimated time which is bad for both customers and delivery drivers. I'm surprised because it is the same for both peak period and off-peak orders (2+pm). If the issue is manpower or the inability to cope with number of orders, then Wingstop needs to stop accepting orders over a certain volume like other places - simple as that!

super slow to prepare a simple order. should've read the reviews first before placing the order. 5:30pm: ordered via Foodpanda. Stated 40-50mins. 6:30pm: 20-30mins more to prepare order. delivery rider waiting. 7:00pm: 20-30mins more to prepare order. delivery rider waiting. online chat with Foodpanda and they stated that the order will be delivered by 7:30pm. cant wait any longer. cancelled. will never order from Wingstop again.

No idea this is not a restaurant. Is like a central kitchen with grab deliveroo drivers coming to pick up for wings, jollibee etc. Very long wait. Ordered for 2pm pick up, waited 1.5hrs. Horrible. NEVER order from bishan again

horrible service. ordered on grabfood at 6:30pm and we are still waiting at 8pm (our driver has been waiting since 6:50pm). not even able to contact the outlet because they do not provide a number. very frustrating experience, will not order from this store again

I'd give no stars if I could but holy mother, I ordered at 6.30pm from grab and it was supposed to reach by 7.50pm but I waited 2+ hours and still no food!!! Outrageous!! The poor grab driver had to wait 1hr+ for the food and he apologised for the kitchens fault like, it wasn't even his fault but I'm so mad at this Wingstop please NEVER patronize this place. Personally, i waited 2 hours from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, no one was at the front to assist in rushing the kitchen. please remove this specific wingstop from grabfood, as many face this same issue waiting for hours. this is just unacceptable waiting time. 2 hours to cook some chicken? please be real, i dont see anyone catching live chickens to cook. jollybee, etc. the other restaurants in the building don't have this issue. only wingstop. I hope you do something about this. I rarely give anything a 1 star rating. Picture just showing the other delivery riders waiting on wingstop specifically on different days. All saying they've waited for over an hour.

Ordered Grab delivery food from this outlet. I ordered at 17:56, food arrived at 20:12.. The poor delivery rider have to wait (along with many other delivery drivers) at least an hour for the food to be ready. Please help us and help yourself by removing this outlet as an option for food delivery. I'm a big fan of Wingstop and had been eating it since City Square Mall branch opening. This kind of incidents really ruin my impression of Wingstop.

the worst wingstop i ever encountered. missing large voodoo fries and the flavours i ordered is all wrong. paid extra $10 for nothing and the chicken is cold. ordered at 530, reached at 7pm. would never order from this place ever again.
