Had a great experience at Wingstop wisteria, visited often before they renovated and it’s great to see that they had expanded and renovated the shop. The staff is always really friendly and the chicken is always perfect everytime I order. Wisteria Mall branch is also very generous with their voodoo fries toppings, I’ve never had a bad meal with this branch! Special thanks to Andrew for his hospitality and checking up on us if the meal is up to standard!

It seems like I paid the price for popcorn chicken instead of boneless wings! Chicken was in bite sizes. Kindly ensure quality and consistency. Disappointed! I didn't have issues previously.

Today, my friend and I visited Wingstop to try the student meal, and it turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a fast food outlet. The cashier staff, named R. Vigi, made the entire interaction unnecessarily awkward. When I showed my polytechnic student card, she looked at it in a very judgmental way and immediately asked, “Is this you?” I confirmed that it was and even offered to show my SingPass for verification. Instead of resolving the situation, she then asked, “Is this your daughter?” Excuse me…? It left me completely stunned and embarrassed in front of my friend. After I said no, she continued questioning me about what I was studying and claimed that the student meal is only for those aged 18 and below. This was confusing because a student meal should be for students who can present a valid student card. My card clearly shows an issue date of 2024, so it is still valid. I even checked online afterwards and could not find any mention of an age restriction for the student meal. If different outlets enforce different rules, there should at least be clear signage to avoid misleading customers. To make things worse, she then request that we complete a survey and give her a rating, which felt quite inappropriate given the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience. Staff who are front-facing should be trained to communicate respectfully and handle situations professionally, without making customers feel judged or embarrassed.

Visited this foodstore 4 weeks ago during Valentine's day as I can recall. Service was chaotic, witnessed an indian lady manager scolding a young part-timer in front of customers amid the busy dinner hours. I believe this can be settled privately in another area? 😐 Food was tasty, but definitely won't be back due to the unpleasant atmosphere. Not worth the stress. Had to give it a 3 star instead of 1 because there was a friendly employee that was flipping the chickens gave me my missing ranch hastily.
