The place is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Staffs are nice and wait time is just right for piping hot, awesome tasting chicken. the fries is really well season and tasty, 100% recommend. Tried all the flavours except for texas buffalo so far and really loved all of them. Me and my girlfriend enjoy wingstop alot esp at the convenience of our humble abode, 10 10s highly recommended.

Pardon me not really a die hard fan of fried chicken. My first wingstop after passing many branches. I give it a try as it's a new establishment. Chicken I felt too dry. Quite a lot of favour to choose from . Love their custom soda machine to choose what type of drinks you like. Only thing I felt great is their fried mushrooms. Juicy mushroom coated with crispy batter. Nice little fast food joint hidden in a corner. Unfortunately I'm just not fancy about it.

The chicken with Louisiana Rub flavour is so salty, same for fries. The chicken with Teriyaki flavour has too much sauce in it. This is my first time and the experience is not that good. The meals for 2 comes with 3 regular sides, the sides that needed to choose from didn't state what items are needed to do a top up and some do not come with regular size based on the list.

Cosy outlet with cold air con. Service speed is ok, food is prepared fresh. Visited this outlet a few times and find it nice. Will return again.

Clean environment probably the mall is new. Everything is good . Highly recommend. Just that the 10% discount online code doesn't work...

Wingstop is undeniably a premium fast-food experience, both in terms of quality and pricing. My personal favorite has to be the kicap manis flavor – it's a taste sensation! And don't even get me started on the cheese fries; they're an absolute must-try. For those who haven't experienced Wingstop yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot at least once. You won't be disappointed

Wingstop recently opened herein Hougang Rivercourt. It is quite small as compared to their other outlets. Food wise, nothing to shout about as it is fairly consistent as compared to their other outlets across the island. It was nice for them to have the opening promotion as I grabbed a few sets for myself and my family to share. The staff here are friendly and helpful, but not sure why there is only 1 counter available when I was there. Not sure if there are other counters setup in the future.

Ordered two wingless combo with six pieces of chicken each on the foodpanda app. Chicken tasted good but the combo meal was not filling. At least two boxes of chicken for a person to be full.

My family and I ordered Big Flavor Fill Up ($26.00). It comes with four flavours. Our #1 favourite flavor is Kecap Mania. Although spiciness is rated three flames, spiciness is manageable 👍🏻 we will try inferno next time 🥵 In my personal opinion, I enjoyed the sides more than the chicken 😅 The shiok part is the variety of flavours. The quantity of chicken pieces recommended for no. of pax felt not enough 🤔 Service is excellent. — The staff ordered us free chicken pieces for wrong order. Restaurant is a little noisy due to (?)suction. It lacks some music too. Overall, I still enjoyed the food experience 👍🏻 plus point for washing basin in-store.

Good wings and awesome voodoo fries with many combination of ordering suitable for dining in or takeaway in small or big group. However service is pretty slow and least helpful for a self service fast food. A friendlier service or smile will go a longer way.

I would rate them lower if I could. They close at 10:00 p.m. I walked in half an hour before that. I "could" easily have been finished with my wings and out the door before closing. I can devour 8 wings in about five minutes. However, after reading through all the reviews it seems it takes an hour or more at this location just to get a few wings after ordering. What?! Hire more people, otherwise I don't see how you can stay in business losing so many customers. The woman working the register was downright rude. Ridiculous treatment of a customer. Apparently I'm not the only one who has dealt with her. This place just lost my business and the money I would have spent. That's not just tonight, but for good. I will not be back! I do not recommend this location based on my experience and that of other recent customers! The customer service is bad enough. I can only imagine the food is not much better.

Came here twice, the service lady is still unhappy with dunno what or dunno who. Maybe she can be a bit more friendly speaking or talk nicely instead of just shouting across the dining area "Waiting time is 2 hours". I mean food is good but waiting time n serving lady is a no-no.

Placed an online order on a Sunday evening. Time of ordering 6pm. It takes them 1.5 hours to prepare 4 pieces tenders. Great food but extremely poor service. From the looks of it, the kitchen is well staffed. There’re some serious process issues (which is similar to other outlets). Note to the management: don’t prioritise food delivery apps over walk-in customers. During my 1.5 hours of waiting, I can easily guess about 20 people walked away after the cashier informed them that the waiting time is around 1 - 1.5 hours. You’re losing out big sales if your processes isn’t sorted.

Placed an online order at 1753, only to receive the order at 1945. Service crew organization is a mess, no proper flow of influx of orders. Especially during ramadan period. Inexpericed crew that does not even use the numbering system. Orders are done in the wrong sequence, leaving the backlog incomplete.

This outlet is the worst. Waited 1.5hr for a single meal - seems to me all outlets face the same problem of long waiting time but this is the worst out of all I have been to (and it being a neighbourhood outlet not even near mrt). Really like their chicken but honestly I would simply choose other fast food over this in future, it’s not worth the time.

For service, there should be 0 star for this restaurant! Seriously, it takes forever for them to prepare an order. On app, it states 50 mins but it actually took more than 2 hours for them to send out. I don't think they are bothered to improve their service because they know people will keep complaining but still ordering🤷♀️
