This set for a pax of 2 with a regular coleslaw cost about $21 without drinks. So it is not cheap. We went for dinner at about 9pm and the waiting time is about 20 mins. This outlet is short of manpower but the quality of food is well maintained. But I saw a small cockroach on the floor before we left.

(+) Personal favourites are the boneless wings, Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan flavours. Mushroom fritters sides are also great (-) Outlet air-con not cold, also did not have hot drinks

This place is truly incredible. Whole restaurant of just 1 couple and us waiting for our orders but it took us a freaking 40 minutes wait. Wow. Throughout the 40 min wait, only 1 in-store queue number was called while the other numbers were all for delivery platform orders. If the store is overwhelmed with platform orders, please consider putting them on pause while you serve your instore orders. If not, have the decency to inform customers when placing order about the long wait so customers can choose to wait or head elsewhere. What a truly waste of our precious time!

Had lemon pepper and louisiana rub boneless. Yummmyyy. Lemon flavour was pronounced. Boneless nicer to eat than bone in. Consistent across outlets.

Waited 50 mins for the chicken to be served room temperature, only the voodoo fries were hot. If they want us to wait so long, it would be nice if the chicken is at least fresh and hot? Disappointing, looks terribly understaffed as well.

Open at 11am but they start frying at 11am and cashier is not around till more than 15mins . Dont misled your opening timing .

It would be good to order online through its website before going down to collect your takeaways. That will save you time waiting. The website isn’t difficult to use. Payment by Apple Pay is acceptable. Staff are always looking busy so it’s good to order online. There’s no self service kiosk to order so you may need to wait to order at counter.
