Repeated customer for the nice cheesecakes however we experienced terrible customer service by staff member Keng. Was redeeming a burpple membership deal for free slices of cheesecake. Keng quickly redeemed the deal without looking at the details and then asked to see the T&Cs. However we were unable to load back the T&Cs since she had already claimed the deal. She then acted irratable as if it was our fault and had a sour face throughout, even snapping at us when we asked her questions.

Was so excited to try the cake that I ate the cake first before taking a photo! The cake was ordered online and we collected the cake at city square branch. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the cakes too. This is the chocolate banana cake and it tastes great! We can taste the cheese, the chocolate, and the banana. The combination of flavours is just right and the texture of the cake is rich.

I had the great displeasure of calling in to try and order some cakes. Whoever was on the phone was quick to cut me off as well as hang up without warning. Called in 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. In succession. I was trying to buy your cakes, not sell your daughter. Whoever spoke to me sounded like I owed them money.

ordered salted caramel and lychee-raspberry cheesecake. pricey (SGD6-8/slice) but they taste amazing!!

Disappointed. Cheesecake taste was ok (yuzu was good, apple crumble was not) but got no warning that the cheesecake was frozen. Got home and had to wait for it to thaw before eating. A little warning from the server would have been nice.

redeemed my shopback voucher very rude lady server looked maybe 50+yo very grouchy and mean…even if i use shopback i’m still a paying customer there’s no need to be so cold. asked for recommendations she said the yuzu but you can’t redeem that ??! is there a need to do that? if you know i’m redeeming shopback and the voucher is only limited to the classic range then you don’t need to diss me like that. please. be a basic human let alone have customer service skills. when i asked her again nicely about which ones she like in the classic range, she recommended them begrudgingly and then just pack and when i confirmed how long i can keep the cakes outside she just gave a flippant nod and looked past me to the next customer. her attitude was in stark contrast to the gentleman before me who preordered a whole cake and she even advised him on the storage instructions etc. really judgmental and terrible to treat your customers based on their purchasing power or their economic power for your establishment. utterly appalling. no wonder there are mixed reviews.

Their new hazelnut chocolate cake is very good. The staff is friendly and reserved the cake for us. They also have excellent service, as they provided cutlery and candles together with the cake for our convenience. I recommend coming to Cat and the Fiddle Cakes.

First time to give it a try, on the display the size of the slice looks big and thought its worth the price but when received, way different very small 🤣 taste wise - not that creamy for a cheesecake

Second time patronising a C&F branch. The service was poor, just like the first visit to the Centrepoint branch. The counter auntie was unfriendly even when we tried smiling at her. Regardless of how delicious their cheesecake is, we probably wouldn't return in consideration of the unpleasant service.

Good outlet to satisfy your cravings. Price increased, cake size becomes smaller. Flavour wise, there is variety. But can’t compare the good old days when they have first started!
