Over rated place with staff too slow and easy going. Least bothered to expedite when the queue is building up. Wait to place an order was about 20 min then to receive it another 20 min. Not worth for such a long wait when there are not enough seats available. Most of them were chopped by the students in the queue. Food was good but spotted a moving cockroach on the drinks vending machine which was shocking. Cleanliness can be improved. The display tv got turned off without staff noticing.

Great food as usual but worst customer service ever. The person taking my order made a mistake even when I blatantly asked her if drinks were included and they said yes, when drinks were in fact not included. They then made us pay for the drinks and when i said i don’t think we should be paying for their mistake, they said sure up to you and then took away the ranch to compensate for the cost of the drinks. Still really angry about this experience.

Waited for 5 mins and no one taking my order. They are just busy with doing other orders that they ignored my existence. Worst fast food restaurant i have ever patronised.

Have been waiting an hour... and still no wings! They only starting prepping when we asked at the counter. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time here.

Great customer service and a very good food. I order using food panda and they left me a note along with a voucher for being a constant customer.

Bad service, very slow and not clear on instructions. Food preparation slow, waited over 30mins for 2 items and when asked about my order, staff wasn't clear about it. Many customers complaining as well.

Only eat here if you can really wait as you could be waiting for a very long time. All the staff knows what’s going on. They are just not producing the food fast enough but there’s no warning to customers who are placing their order about the wait times. You will be treated as invisible when they are busy. You have been warned.

Good food. Love their chicken and mushrooms. Chicken is flavourful and tender. Mushroom side is tasty as well. Service could be better in terms of customer communication on food service wait time. 🚇 Clementi IG @sporkandbeanz

waited close to 35 minutes for my order. mobile app order don’t work as everything is apparently out of stock. machine dispensed sprite was bitter. when i’m paying so much for wings please at the very least make sure it’s good 😭😭😭

Very long waiting time, waited almost 40 minutes for my meal. Chicken was very cold too. Do not come here. Tasted bad compared to other outlets.

Food was good but we waited quite long for our order even though we ordered online. When we got home we found out that 2/3 of our sides were left out :(

WHERE IS MY RANCH??? MY FRIEND GOT HERS BUT I DIDNT GET MINE??!???? Poor service, how did you guys forget to add ranch??? Disappointing 😔 i ordered garlic parmajon and they didn't give me ANY cheese?!!??? I also ordered teriyaki with it and THERES BARELY ANY SAUCE???!??? how am I supposed to devour this Very very disappointing please improve and the cashier was scary

ran atw to wingstop just for them to not give us any ranch… only discovered after we ordered takeaway. We were also the last order, they weren’t busy 😭😭

SUPERB RIDICULOUS!!! The worse Wingstop restaurant chain in Singapore. Firstly, I was asked to use scan to order.. I did it..BUT the scan to order don't works AT ALL, combo showed OUT OF STOCK. I end up ordering at the cashier. I was told waiting time would take up to 20mins.. I waited for 30mins and my queue number still did not reflect on the screen. I approached the staff to ask for my orders, I was told that because they had a huge order and I may need to wait for another 5 mins, and 5mins later I was told that my order was lost and they have not prepared my order!!! AND THE THING WAS THERE'S AT LEAST 6 EMPLOYEES PREPARING THE FOODS. Wingstops is a FAST FOOD CHAIN, not a HIGH END OR MECHELIN RESTAURANT!

VERY SLOW?! I always have to wait so long just to get my food. They always prioritise the food delivery orders before the online and in store orders. I feel like they have to do something to improve the serving speed. Currently waiting 45mins for the food…

Waited in store for 10 minutes to order my food, then proceeded to wait 50 minutes for the preparation of my food. At the 48th minute mark, I prompted the person who seemed like the manager about how long more my order will take. He just looked at me, did not bother asking me my order number and just said 10 minutes. But turns out my order was ready all along, with the food lying on the kitchen counter before they finally served me after a few minutes. And thanks to that, my food was served lukewarm at best, I definitely did not wait almost an hour for lukewarm food.

Waiting for over 45 minutes now. Just got told that my order is still 20 minutes away from being done. Plan ahead well in advance before you come here. Make sure you have something to do for an hour while you wait. Not suitable for walk-ins. Won't be coming back unless I have 2 hours to kill. If ordering takeout, make sure to order at least an hour in advance as well. Edited to say that a foodpanda order placed 24 minutes after mine (dine-in) is ready (45 min wait time) but I'm still waiting. Great for foodpanda (maybe) not so great for dine-in customers. Update: got my food after 1 hr 26 min. Walk in at your own risk. The food would normally be good but can't really enjoy it because too hungry. This has been a terrible experience for me and my kids.
