Absolutely exceptional experience at Jollibee Woodlands MRT! The food was served hot and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. A huge shoutout to Alyah, who assisted me during my visit. She went above and beyond to help me with my order, showing incredible patience and a warm, welcoming attitude. Her stellar customer service truly made my day and stood out just as much as the amazing food. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. Highly recommended!

I would like to commend and express my appreciation to I believed the guy Manager on Duty during the lunch period today. While picking up my order at the counter, my drink cup accidentally fell due to a strong gust of wind. As I hurried to pick it up, it kept rolling away. To my surprise, the manager immediately stood up from his workstation, came over to help, and quickly get the cup. He then insisted that not to use the fallen cup and promptly went inside to provide me with a new one. I had no intention of asking for a replacement, as I considered it a small inconvenience that I could tolerate. However, I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness, initiative, and genuine concern he showed. It was a simple gesture, but it made a positive impression on me. I never expected to experience this level of customer care in a fast-food restaurant. Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile to make a customer feel valued. Please extend my sincere appreciation and commendation to the manager involved. He is a great example of excellent customer service.

If i can give zero star and just put my review i would. Dined today 16/03/26 2:06 pm, my partner took our food and brought it over to our table, this was my first meal for the day and i was so excited to take 1 fries to eat but to my disappointment it was cold and hard. I brought it over to the counter to complain and ask if they could change, they did! With the same cold and hard fries as well. Didn't argue and just sit and ate our meal as i was already hungry. One more funny thing. I asked for a sugar for my coffee and your staff just straight away told me "we dont serve sugar for our coffee" to which i replied "how come? I always get coffee here and i always ask for sugar and they always give me" and again she responded "oh, i didn't know that" . Train your staff better. This was not the first time we experienced this.

I ordered the original spaghetti but received a spicy version instead. Since my 7-year-old daughter cannot eat spicy food, the meal had to be thrown away. This mistake caused unnecessary waste and reflects careless handling of the order.
