Some staff has a bit of attitude when requesting chicken parts. With harsh gesture said “NO you cannot” Unable to change chicken due to no reason when the customer beside me are able to change. i was only sneak inside the food that was in their table collection counter but was assumed the i have taken the food from the dining table. Understand its a hygiene purpose but she should listen carefully before assuming. The one i was talking about is a tall auntie curl hair, has to call manager to settle for me. I hope i don't trouble anyone, as i only request for simple chicken parts, but was being treated harshly. In exchange of the chicken, i receive a dry small parts, instead of a fresh one. Its a really dry and soggy. Pretty sad experience, and i hope the service can be better in future.

Original chicken is crispy on the outside yet juicy and tasty on the inside. Fastastic. Spicy chicken is soft, spicy and stimulates the taste buds. Awesome. Also has special and tasty brown gravy sauce. First place in my to go list for tasty fast food chicken.

Spaghetti is nice. But not so many table, need to wait long while business time. (Especially so many students occupied table without having meals)

Fried. Chicken. @jollibeesgofficial It was my first time at their restaurant and it was a treat. The fried chicken was soft inside and crispy on the outside. The size of each chicken was nothing to complain about. I however, have a slight issue in terms of flavour. If I compared the flavour profile with KFC, jollibee wouldn’t be my first choice. Not that it didn’t have any flavour whatsoever. It had ultra mild spice that lasted for a few seconds then just disappeared into the soft and crispy chicken. If that’s your preference in terms of friend chicken then this is your haven. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5. Great job guys.

Their popular signature dish is good. The chicken is very crispy outside and soft inside. The size is quite ok. The only downside is the kiosk only have nets option, wish they add cash & ezlink payment. If you want pay by cash, need to order at the counter with their staff (they put counter closed lol). Just tell them “cash payment” and they will take your order.

Went here for dinner at 9pm. I love eating Jollibee spaghetti 🍝, more like on sweeter side kind of spaghetti with melted cheese as topping . The spicy chicken is good too but I prefer the spaghetti more . Bought the 2 as set ar $7.10. So far the outlet only accept NETS or Favepay.. 🥹 not that ideal for me haha..

Trusting what you order is what you'll get is not something you can depend on jollibee staffs, they will either miss out the main dish, side, cuttlery or gravy/chilli or tomato sauce. Today, i ask my daughter to take away mango pie as i was craving for it but craving lost when i open and saw a burnt and kinda lapsed alreay mango pie, should be golden brown not burnt brown. Was really dismayed, 2nd time already jollibee woodlands, my first time was when we dine in and got a dry breast part chicken, it isnt a golden crispy fried, not even juicy, maybe been too long in the warmer.

Bought a 2 piece chicken meal from jollibee and 1 of the chicken has fried hair in it (as seen in the photo)!! it was super disgusting, luckily it was only on the fried skin but still my appetite was ruined by that long piece of hair. i couldn't find jollibee email to feedback, all i could do is to write a review on google.

Bought food for dine in and takeaway, after I open and bite the burger saw the burger bun is burnt and toasted is this the standard of a fast food u serving? Woodlands outlet was always very hot aircon not working, young skinny and small girl staff always very rude everytime she’s attending customers, stocks are always put outside at the dining area is that how you guys place and keep all your stuffs, I also working f&b your guys should know the standard of an f&b rules do’s and don’t accrdng to NEA. Drinks dispenser always running out it’s just a 1 flavour cup of drinks still running out, why staff or manager are not checking, jolly hotdog bun were very dry and cold it standby very long alrdy, thought fast food orders are made to order just like Philippines to avoid coldness and keep the freshness of the food and will not be contaminated or consumers will not get poisoned.

Went at 8:30pm. Non-peak hour so no crowd and food came relatively fast. Jollibee's chicken is always great; crispy, hot and flavourful especially with the gravy. However there seems to be something wrong with the Sprite at their self-serve drink fountain. The drink was unsweetened, so it was basically carbonated plain water. Was this intentional? Not sure, but I would avoid it the next time.

The place was so warm and stuffy which made dining there uncomfortable. Seating was rather cramped as well. 😡😡😡 Management, please do something. We had the original and spicy fried chicken, mashed potatoes and a burger which we shared. Love the fried chicken with crispy skin. Yumms 😋😋😋

A very busy outlet with a constant crowd of people searching for limited seats, but chicken is great - crispy batter and skin, hot and moist meat.

Today 13. Jan 2024 I went to dine in and they gave me tomato sauce packets because Jollibee Woodlands don’t have Chilli sauce packets! This is a mess that management need to address. Few months ago this Woodlands outlet aircon was faulty! Very badly managed outlet

It’s very bad. The spicy chicken taste weird, it taste like they never wash the frying pan properly that’s why got the smell. And also, the atmosphere is so hot, it makes my friends and I dizzy.

First time trying the Philippines' signature franchise fried chicken... Yummy, yummy! Must be paired with the gravy; the gravy tastes peppery. It's good to eat with chicken breast so the meat isn't so dry. The spaghetti tastes average, and the portion is also average. The fries and mashed potatoes are disappointing. The salads and corn are average. Drinks are self-service but non-refillable. The environment is great. Overall, a great experience.

me and my sister left our things (not valuables) on the table so we would have a seat after ordering our food. but while ordering, this staff came to clean the table and he took away our things, end up our table was taken by someone else. he didnt even bother returning us our things. when we found a seat, he kept staring at us, making us feel so uncomfortable. when we were at a clean table, he suddenly came and started wiping and spraying the disinfectant. as we ate, he continued to stare at us. when my sister went to wash her hands, his gaze followed her and kept staring at her when she washed her hands. she felt super uncomfortable.
